The appartment we got had small windows and no view, so it was not that comfortable if you needed to spend the say inside, but we booked it for resting in between hikes so it was acceptable for us.

It was clean, cozy, a lot of parking. The staff was nice and very helpful. They accepted dogs.

The view is fantastic, the trampoline, pingpong, and mini golf for kids is a treasure. The room is small and very well organized. Super clean. Rooms with the view are great. Breakfast is fantastic. Very very nice host with great recommendations.

Everything was perfect, nice room for one night stand (I'll choose bigger one for more nights). Really great equipment (kids playground), outdoor pool opened till almost night, nice views. Excellent breakfast also with gluten free. We felt more than welcomed...

Wonderful spot in the mountain!! The room was big enough for us all. We loved all the activities around the hotel, like swimming pool and sauna. The games room and trampoline were great to keep the big kids entertained!! Really beautiful place to relax and spend a few days!!

The breakfasts were absolutely fine, however not exceptional (also maybe thanks to the fact the hotel was not fully occupied), and unfortunately starts only at 8 a.m.—next time we visit, we might consider bringing our own, mainly to enjoy the fresh "corduroy" on the slopes. The wellness area offers two saunas and is open from 4 PM, but it’s only accessible to those aged 16+. Perhaps a booking system for less busy times or dedicated hours for kids (e.g., 4–5 PM or 8–9 PM) could be a solution. After all, we wouldn’t visit it (=block it) daily as a family anyway.

The accommodation offers an excellent price-performance ratio, beautiful surroundings, and ski slopes accessible with some effort (ski-in, ski-out). I recommend this place if you have children aged 7 and older, considering the wide range of activities available (our kids loved the high-performance trampolines). Unfortunately, while the nearby slopes are great, the blue ones are closer in difficulty to red runs and definitely not suitable for beginners. The apartment features a separate toilet, its own kitchenette, a dishwasher, an oven, a personal coffee pod machine, and a microwave. Another great perk is that the apartments are not cleaned daily, ensuring complete privacy. The beds are fantastic—finally, mattresses where I can sleep without back pain—not too soft nor too hard. The staff was always friendly and supportive. Overall, I rate this accommodation highly

Maybe there should have been a better ventilation in the room. There was a scent in the room which we did not understand where it came from. Other than that the room was perfect.

This place is absolutely perfect for a skiing break. It's located on the mountain allowing for proper ski in/out, the rooms are beautifully newly renovated and the staff are super friendly and helpful. Genuinely cannot fault a single thing, highly recommend!

We did not have towels changed or were provided with extra toilet paper by cleaning so had to go ask for it (unsure if cleaning stopped by in the 6 days). However the stay was generally perfect and this did not bother us much.

Very nice location. Short walk to piste/lifts and the rooms were super nice. Fully equipped kitchen (missing only a wine opener and maybe a dish for lasagne or similar). Staff was super nice and they even checked us in early because we arrived in the morning. We made dinner at home 5/6 days and the facilities were superb. Bus arrives twice in the morning (free) and drives to the gondola and drives back twice in the afternoon if you are not up for the downhill piste first thing). Bed was very good with real comforters. Good TV. Big balcony. Nice bathroom with hair dryer etc.
