The space was big and location was great.

Very small room for 4 people. The room doesn't look like the room on the picture which we thought we we're booked. No terrace even if it was mentioned in the room description. The beds weren't maked, we had to do it ourselves.

The Gaestehaus is an excellent address for family looking to stay relatively cheap, the room was clean and spacious enough for 2adults and 2 teens, bedsheets and towels can be provided for extra fees. Breakfast was good. Free parking.

Everything was excellent

Very clean accomodation with extremely welcoming staff. Excellent breakfast. Location is ideal. Free parking is provided. Walking distance to Mondsee lake. We selected this place as our base to explore Salzburg, Attersee & surroundings. We stayed with family and seen many families there. Value for money and strongly recommended

Clean rooms, dog friendly property with free parking on the premises. Close to Mondsee beach with delicious breakfast buffet also serving vegan milk and friendly staff. Highly recommended!

The nice stuff, easy/ fast checking in and out, also it was possible to get the breakfast earlier and we could taken a shower after our stay. (because bicycle-race)

It is good value for money for family for a short visit. English speaking & helpful staff and morning breakfast! The staff was quite helpful in guiding me to the nearest cycle shop and restaurants.

Opening hours of the reception was only 1 hour from 7 to 8 p.m. at the arival. Because of keys (card) of one room doesn't work, we have to wait for the receptionist almost 1 hour. Small apologize like "I am sorry for that" would be fine. Maybe next time.. But its "Jugendherberge" and weather was nice, so it wasn't a big deal.. Really small rooms but this isn't a problem if you are on motorbike and get single room.

Location, parking, good breakfast, everything was clean. Separate charging by card possible (we were group of 5 friends). Was good at all for this price point.

I guess I didn't read the description properly, because I didn't know it was a hostel. It was extremely small and very basic. No air-conditioning or even a fan and no fridge (which is a problem when it's hot and you are trying to keep water cold), and only one electrical outlet in the room. We had to put our own linen on the bed and take it off. Breakfast was also very basic. When we arrived no one was at reception and I had to phone to get someone to tell us where to park (as there were no spaces available). Not good value for money in my opinion. But maybe this is normal for a hostel?

It was clean and we had no problem with our little dog.

Breakfast very simple, self-service. We havent seen any stuff. Breakfast aria table not clean enough with chewing gum on the wall and next to table. Not enough parking space. Bed wasnt done it was us who had to make our bed and take off the bedding then drop them downstaires in a laundry basket. Check in and check out without a smile or just paid and bye . One night stay was 150 euro for 1 adult and 3 kids too expensive for what it was. We wont be returning.

Location is in the hart of the Town. Easy to find the hotel. We had a nice view from our window.
