Nice and clean room. Air conditioning is lacking in the summer, especially in the attic. Very tasty breakfast, we didn't miss anything. We definitely recommend 😀

We noticed that breakfast often wasn't replenished so once an item was used up, that was it. This happened to the eggs at breakfast. At checkout, the reception staff were really reluctant for us to use a space to store our baggage while we wandered round Judenburg. We were on a holiday in Switzerland and then working our way around Austria and this was the first time we encountered this problem. Eventually, we were given a key to a storage room and was surprised that they had more than ample storage.

We loved the location and the sizes of the rooms.

Breakfast was good and big. However they had an issue with the fire alarm, so we were not able to make toasts or waffles without a receptionist running around nervously..

Breakfast staff quite rude and disinterested. With still more than an hour before the end of breakfast-time, buffet food/drink items were not being replenished - even after having to find and beg the staff.

Breakfast was ok with a space for me and my dog . Bed pretty comfortable but the front desk not so happy and friendly. She was a bit rude and poor German … value for money it’s so lalala. It’s ok but find it a bit too expensive plus that you have 10€ pro night just for the dog who basically doesn’t require to much …

There was no air conditioning in the room. The temperature was 31 C degrees so it was very hot in my room. But the stuff gave us a ventilator.

The hotel is nice and cosy, well located and with private parking. The room was spacious for 4 people, comfortable and clean. The breakfast was very good with big choice of food and drinks.

Other than the high price I have no complaints.

The breakfast was great and each staff member I met was professional. Our room had a double bed and bunk bed. The sheets, towels and furniture were clean. Austria was going through a heat wave so our top floor room was really hot and stuffy with just one plug-in fan. I should have asked for a second one. It was quiet at night. There were two saunas and a relaxation area but since it was 32 outside there was no need to use the saunas.

A very nice hotel in a small town Judenburg, with private parking, 2 minutes walk from a main square. The room was spacious And comfortable, very clean. There is no air conditioning. Wonderful breakfast, with a big choice of food, even with a wafle maker for children.

Self check in didnt work Staff and helpline was very unfriendly and not helpful at all Bathroom was not quite clean Rooms are quite old and not soundproof at all, you could hear the neighbors talking in their room and some loud working outside which started at 6:00 a.m.

Avoid this hotel because if you have any problems you will not get any help. We were unable to check in online so I wrote to the email address provided to help with the check in. I did not receive any response. When we arrived at the location I called the phone number provided at the door and got an answering machine. Then we called the emergency number and the guy who answered said he could not help us. It was 9:00 PM and we had lost hope of getting into the hotel so we booked another one 15 minutes away. I wrote to the hotel saying they could not take my money for the services not provided and provided proof that I had written them a letter and confirmations of calls and they told me that I had not called or written anything. Avoid this hotel because they are unreliable and you as a customer will be blamed if you have any problems.

1-The check in system was a total failure. The form for the self check-in simply doesn't work. We were outside the building with at least other 6 people not being able to get in. All having problem with the check in procedure. Quite a big problem for a Self check-in hotel. 2-No answer to any of my call for help to the main phone number. Also no answer to any of my requests or my messages for the whole booking period before arrival. 3-Our room was right underneath the roof: it was really hot. The windows could open for just few centimeters not allowing enough air to cool down the room. Also they were right in front of the elevator used by everyone: not the best for noise and privacy.

The building Is in a great location, close to the main square of the little town. It's also a really beautiful structure. All the services offered from the hotel are new and great. Clean and neat.
