Regarding the room: you're absolutely right that our Josefine Sur Cour category, as the name suggests, faces the inner courtyard and can therefore be a bit darker. For future stays, we’ll be more than happy to help you select a room category that better suits your preferences. As for the minibar and kettle – we completely understand your expectations. During check-in, we always make a point of explaining that, due to fire safety regulations, we are unfortunately not permitted to have these in the rooms. However, we do offer complimentary water and wine, and everything else you might need – including hot drinks – is available in the lobby or can be brought to your room 24 hours a day. We truly appreciate your feedback and hope to welcome you back to Vienna again soon – we’d love the chance to make your next stay even more enjoyable.
