This hotel is like a well-oiled machine and makes Austrian business traveler (but not only) hospitality industry proud. Everything just works, fit and finish to a very good standard, professional and courteous staff always ready to help, great breakfast, parking right in underground location and the hotel is literally 5-10 mins walk from city centre. From all the mattresses I tried in 3 or 4 star hotels while on a trip, the ones in this hotel gave me the best sleep.

We found this to be a nice basic hotel perfect for a one-night stay with our dog. The breakfast was fine, although a little bit crowded. The location of the hotel is also good, especially if you arrive on Sunday - you can always buy groceries at the railway station, which is just two steps away.

The cleanliness of the room floor was disappointing, as it seemed like it hadn’t been mopped for quite some time. For guests who prefer not to wear shoes indoors, a clean floor is essential. In addition, the hotel lobby was rather small, making it difficult to spend much time there. We did not include breakfast with our stay, as the hotel’s breakfast option was quite expensive. Room service was also almost non-existent.

The location of the hotel was excellent—just a couple of minutes from Graz train station, with all the main historical sites within walking distance. The staff were very friendly and helpful, even allowing us to check in 4 hours earlier than scheduled. The hotel offered free Wi-Fi, which was quite fast. The room was super quiet when the windows were closed, and the AC worked perfectly. The water temperature and pressure in the shower were also excellent.

The check-in process took longer than usual since only one staff member was assisting guests. I had to wait about 15 minutes in line. Additionally, the room floor could have been cleaner.

Overall, the hotel was very good, with an excellent location and great facilities.

Apart from a bit of train noise, nothing, it was very good value for money.

It was a good-sized and comfortable room, nice bathroom with a huge shower, good linen, everything was provided as advertised and it had a nice modern feel. Some good design touches. Breakfast was very good and in a very light, airy space. The hotel is well-located just by the station, although that does mean a trade-off with trains going past being a bit noisy. Staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was filled up constantly and tables were cleared efficiently. Bikes could be stored in the underground car park (accessed via the hotel lift) which was good for our peace of mind.

Amazing big room equipped with kitchenette and fridge, a little far from center but very convenient to reach, shopBilla nearby, Aldi. Per friendly which is important in our case. Parking is possible on the street with 3/3/3/2 hours max payment during day 20:00-09:00 is free. Overall on the way to Tirol great place to stay and I will back again.

The breakfast was a bit sad. Not many choices and some things that were supposed to be kept warm were cold (beacon en eggs).

Everything was good. One of the best hotel beds. The room was clean and it came with complementary water (that doesn’t happen often anymore). Staff was really friendly and we had an overall good experience.
