Very good location, near the underground, also shopping street Mariahilfestrasse is very close, many possibilities for foods and drinks or supermarkets. Hotel is OK for that price for Vienna, I stayed only one night and that was OK. We had no breakfast so I can't tell anything to this service. Staff for the check-in and check-out was prompt and helpful.

The room was too warm it seems the air conditioning wasn’t working but I later asked for a fan which was given to me .

The hotel is located in a nice area and close to the train station.

Its writing Bar is open until 24.00 pm. I and my wife requested from barmen à drink at 23.00 pm but he Said Bar is closed, we Said that its writing until 24.00 is open but he didnt Listen us. İt was 19 of August. Please can you warn this Personel? He was not friendly also and I think he Just wanted to go home as early as possible.

Rooms on the main road side are very noise also at night. Bed were big but not very comfortable. Fairly cleaned hotel.

Good position, close to tram, metro and train station. Also close to shopping street with fair choice of restaurants. Good breakfast. Nice staff.

Maybe the room décor was a bit too plain and modest — no cups, tea, or fridge in the room. It felt more like a student dormitory, but that’s a matter of taste.

Good location, with shops, restaurants, Westbahnhof station, metro, tram, and bus nearby, and close to the city center. The hotel meets the standards of the chain. Breakfast costs €18, but on the day of arrival they offered it for €15. Parking is €20 per day, which was convenient. What was a bit strange is that the reception reminded me more of a canteen service line than a hotel — maybe that’s the standard they’ve adopted, like in a cafeteria: quick service and “next, please.” Overall, good impressions, nothing to complain about.

The one thin pillow on the bed felt a bit stingy. The doors of the shower were very old and the design meant they were quite hard to open and also too clean I can imagine and therefore quite dirty. The TV was hard to work and the selection of channels limit. Nothing in English - not the end of the world. No telephone for contacting reception, no info in the room about the hotel or Vienna. No kettle for making a drink. No safe. Only one tiny bin in the bathroom.

Good location. The room itself was fine with a great view of Vienna. The air con worked well. The bed was comfy. The extra bed for our child was comfy too. The shower was good.

The staff was very nice and friendly! I arrived 9am, but they let me have the early check-in without extra charge. Location was great and the view was wonderful. Wish there is a kettle and coffee/tea and mini fridge.

At the front desk are receptionists that don't t speak good austrian or English. The rooms are old, stains on the carpet, in my room was blood on the wall. Maitresses are thin and slippery , you have to sleep carefully so they don't t run off the bed. Not comfy. In the evening at the bar poor service, you have to chase someone to get your money if you want to leave. Poor service quality for a 3 star hotel in such a beautiful city. We come here every year and it s more and more dated. Pitty because they have a wonderful location
