Reviews of Alphotel Innsbruck 4 stars

The facilities and breakfast were wonderful.

The laundry service. I paid 50 Euro for regular clothes that did not need ironing or special treatment. 4 Shirts, 4 T-shirt,4 underwear and 4 socks. Had I known the price would be so obsorbent, I would have walked to a Laundromat.

Room was not large, but had all we needed and was relatively comfortable. Baby cot was in the room when we arrived as it was agreed in advance. They had 6 Tesla superchargers that we could use successfully to charge a non-Tesla electric car.

Hotel is ranked as 4-star hotel and in reality it is not at that level and it is not worth the price paid. Room was missing basic equipment such as water boiler or necessities for bathroom which I would expect from a 4-start hotel. Moreover, the breakfast was scarce in the choice of food and of bad quality. Similarly for the dinner at the restaurant. Room was not sound-proof and we could hear our neighbors. Lastly, feeling was much more that of an average hotel for large groups rather than a 4-star hotel.

Crib sheets were overused and damaged. They were clean No kettle/No coffee in room

The location is on the outskirts of the Innsbruck city. Free car parking with lots of available spots. Room was minimal but good for short stay. Balcony with mountain view was really refreshing.

Breakfast options were limited. Not much vegetarian options. Can be improved.

Cleanness and the confort of the room and the bed.

There were ongoing construction work starting at 7:45 am, which is totally unacceptable.

Very kind and helpful staff that were 24h available in the reception. The room and bathroom have a good size. Little fridge in the room. Well connected with the city center.

The corridor and the room smelled not so nicely because of the sadly not so well maintained/cleaned carpeted floor. The room was overall not as clean as it should have been. Breakfast was also somehow disappointing (cereals were a bit rancid and the bread seemed from the day before) The bathroom lighting was bad. For the price I was expecting a bit more.

The hotel’s right on the edge of the city, next to a mall, and super easy to get to from the highway. The hotel gave us public transport cards, which was really nice. There’s a bus stop literally right in front. The room was big, clean, and warm. The staff were super friendly. Breakfast was great, with tons of food options. If you’re looking for a quiet place away from the city noise, this is a great choice.

Great location outside of Innsbruck city centre. Beautiful alpine views from the room and restaurant. Very tasty breakfast with a good selection of food and drink. Staff were very friendly and professional. Addressed our concerns and provided compensation without too much distress.

Promise of double room made by a member of staff at booking, but later discovered that twin rooms are the standard at this hotel. Single beds weren't pushed together. We wouldn't have booked had we known this beforehand.

We got in early and early check in was not a problem. There was a great breakfast but recommend to go earlier because around 9 it started to be crowded .. it was very clean :) great location with parking for us.. you can see the hotel rooms are old school the price is kind of high for people from Czech or Poland just because its a little outdated .. otherwise I would go again just cause it was comfortable , clean and breakfast was tasty
