Breakfast options were limited. Not much vegetarian options. Can be improved.

The location is on the outskirts of the Innsbruck city. Free car parking with lots of available spots. Room was minimal but good for short stay. Balcony with mountain view was really refreshing.

Could use a little rooms update

We got in early and early check in was not a problem. There was a great breakfast but recommend to go earlier because around 9 it started to be crowded .. it was very clean :) great location with parking for us.. you can see the hotel rooms are old school the price is kind of high for people from Czech or Poland just because its a little outdated .. otherwise I would go again just cause it was comfortable , clean and breakfast was tasty

Very nice hotel with nice staff, even though located in quite busy area with many shops and very close to bus stop, the bus goes directly to the airport. Despite it is not in nature-ish area, you still have view from the window to the mountains and it is quiet in the room. The only minus was baby bed. So as I travelled with my child I asked for the baby bed. They provided it but it was quite old, with saggy bottom and with broken zip, so I had to put the side with "open hole" very close to the wall, otherway there was risk the child could occasionally roll out of the bed, and the hole could not be closed because the zip was broken. However as I said I solved the problem in relatively easy way. However if there is no need in baby bed, all other moments are pretty decent. I am grateful to the staff for the hospitality, tasty breakfasts and my birthday cake :-)

We really didn't like the fact that there were no parking spaces available at the time we arrived, especially if you book a hotel with free parking included.

Nice hotel in Innsbruck near highway and industrial/commercial zone. Bus stop in front of hotel to go to airport or city center. Or you can walk 45 minutes to the heart of the old town, not that far either. The hotel has 50 free parking places, but if you arrive a bit later, like we did at around 18:30/19:00 hours, no place was available anymore. That felt a bit of a bumper. However you can find free parking spots in the adjoining streets (if you are in luck). The hotel also has a restaurant where you can enjoy a simple meal and a drink. Clean room, beds okay, very good shower. You can open the windows, with quite a nice view on the mountains. There is also a fitness room and a sauna. Good breakfast. All in all, a good price for what you get.

Neighborhood is not the nicest in Innsbruck (some traffic and ugly shopping malls), but you can't have it all I guess ;)

Very optimal location just next to a bus stop and an EV charging station - so easy to get there and to the city center! Also very convenient 24-hour reception with friendly staff, and great value in Innsbruck. Good breakfast!
