Our stay was exceptional, with warm hospitality, a family-friendly atmosphere, and a stunning location close to the ski slopes. The staff showed a clear respect for both nature and our time, making our experience even more enjoyable. The yoga session was perfect for relaxation. A highlight was the 3D movie about the UNESCO biosphere reserve Nockberge, with insightful commentary from a park ranger. Highly recommended!

The mattresses in our room were very soft and worn out.

The room we stayed in did not have enough electrical outlets.

I didn't like walking half across the restaurant and lobby in my dressing gown. Further children were playing in front of the spa, so relaxation was not really possible as they were very loud. On the way back we again had to walk through the lobby/bar where everybody had their night caps and my daughter and I felt quite out of place.

I loved the breakfast. Great value and exceptionally good quality. The room was wonderful, super mattress and every day fresh water in the room. I even got a second pillow to improve my sleeping quality.

We loved that the staff cleans the room every day so the room was exceptionaly clean. We enjoyed the wellness, especialy the heated pool outside. The staff was friendly and kind. The hotel is very close to the ski lift.

Wifi signal was not so good, it was not critical for us so not an issue.

Really nice hotel, perfect for family. Food and service was perfect, in the evening you can relax in cosy pool and sauna. Location is good 2 min walk to ski lifts. We will definitely book again.

They had a little bit problems with stuff. Perhaps there weren't enough because the serving at the dinner was a little bit slow.

The location is great. Right at the Sonnenwiesen slope. Or you can go 5 min with car to other slopes. The food was delicious something different, everything served to table, well prepared and with top bio ingredients. Only for the kid's there could be a simpler options. But we could manage to discuss with the kitchen to prepare plain dishes. The best was also that you when you bought half-board you additionally get a coupon for a soup at their Lodge on the slope. It was delicious and a perfect snack. Also...a great kid's playroom in the hotel. Pool and saunas not very big but enough.

They are not flexible with dinner for people with allergies, disease like celiac which is sadly.
