EXCELLENT - The hotel was in a perfect location. It was beautifullly furnished, spotlessly clean and very conmfortable. The staff were superb, friendly, and could not do enough for us in helping us book trips, suggesting things to see and making our stay so enjoyable. The breakfast was very good with a wide variety of freshly made items at the buffet and made to order plates from the menu. We cannot fault this hotel and would recommend it to anyone looking for a really lovely place to stay in the heart of Vienna.

What truly made our stay special was the outstanding staff—especially the two ladies at reception who were very helpful, and the Turkish gentleman who served breakfast every morning with such kindness. The hotel also has an excellent location, within walking distance or a short drive to the main attractions. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the breakfast was excellent. Highly recommended!

The only thing we didn’t like was that the AC unit felt a bit small and didn’t fully cool the entire room.

The hotel is very centrally located on a quiet street. The rooms are small but adequate, and the staff is very helpful. For instance we were allowed to use for free the washer and dryer. Overall we had a comfortable stay.

The room was very warm, and the duvets given to us to sleep were also quite heavy. However, this wasn’t a major problem as our room had air conditioning that we could switch on before bed.

The staff were so so helpful, when we arrived they showed us a map of Vienna and pointed out all the important sights, and also explained how the public transport works. The room was excellent, with lots of space for our belongings.

Our stay at ARTIST Boutique Hotel was exceptional. The location is perfect, central yet peaceful, making it easy to explore Vienna. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with stylish interiors that feel both cozy and elegant. Everything was spotless, from the lobby to the room. Breakfast was delicious and thoughtfully prepared, a great way to start the day. But what truly made the experience unforgettable was the amazing staff, who were warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. I would absolutely stay here again!

The reception staff was fabulous, friendly, and helpful. The location is fantastic in a quiet street, walking distance from the town hall, parliament, volkgarden etc. Easy to walk to/from or take the tram.

The hotel was charming and in a great area, within walking distance to many great touristy locations and near a metro station as well. There are lots of lovely little restaurants in the area, and a restaurant inside the hotel that looked great, but unfortunately, I didn't have the chance to try it. The room was small, but the bed was a double, so that was just fine with me. All of the desk people were lovely and eager to help this first-time visitor to Vienna. I would definitely stay there again.

.... otherwise the hotel was ok, one of Benjamins colleagues left a very bad taste in my mouth in the way she handled a problem and frankly shouldn't be working in customer service. The bar is shut on the Mondays the day we stayed so unsure if it's any good, disappointed about that.

I liked the location, being slightly out of the centre was a definite plus More importantly they had the most incredible member of staff called Benjamin, who, on top of taking the time to send me an email with bar recommendations and providing a nice check in experience, when we departed, having discovered I forgot my washbag, ran down the road round the corner to catch up with me in a suit in very hot weather, legend. Benjamin, if you're reading this thank you very much.

The room we got assigned to was in the attic, and it was quite hot during the day.

The staff were truly wonderful, and customer service was great which I found is rare in Vienna. They went beyond what we would expect from a hotel personnels in any city. They helped us in detail with transportation (even what to look for in connection rides,) events, and detailed explanation of where to visit and the locations of the attractions. They even made reservation for the concert ticket that we couldn't do it on our own. The transportation to the hotel wasn't the most convenient, but still it was in a rather convenient place from the station and center of the city.

Hotel has very cool decor and is a short walk from the Rathaus metro stop. Room was very clean and comfortable with great Air Conditioning (it was 90+ when we were there so necessary). Good blackout curtains, great shower.

The bed took up about 70% of the room, so the room itself was small, but all-in-all clean.

I enjoyed my stay, because the surrounding streets are quiet and the breakfast sensational. I highly recommend this place to all, who consider a museum visit to Vienna, as everything is so close by. Most of the hotel is also quite themed around the artists of Germany/Austria as well, makes a good read.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Best breakfast I've ever had at a hotel. Exceptional! We also really liked that it was within a walk able distance to many major attractions, while not being in the thick of an extremely touristy area like you would see at Stephansdom.
