Location 10/10, just around the corner from St Stephen's Cathedral, Well located to catch the underground train to various parts of the city and its attractions. A lot of attractions are within walking distance.

we booked the taxi to the airport but the taxi did not come at the desired time. They booked again and the issue was solved. In the end we were in a taxi 15 minutes after we originally booked.

Great central location, close to Maria-Theresien street. Spacious and bright room (at the 3rd floor at least) in a quiet area, facilities were very clean.

The room view was nothing decent. Didn't like the behavior of one of the receptionist (Rest of the staff was good though).

The room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfy. We got free bikes (bicycle) for the day, which was really awesome. And really appreciate how the staff accommodated our luggage at the reception since we reached around 13:00 (2 hours before the checkin time), which allowed us to leave the baggage at the reception and explore Innsbruck.

The hotel is located in the city center, basically two steps from the main square. Everything is in the walking distance. Very spacious room, on two levels with a living area and a bigger bathroom with a tub downstairs. Upstairs there was a tiny toilet, big bedroom area and a lovely balcony with a table and some chairs. There’s a sauna at the hotel, but we didn’t use it. A nice breakfast with a bunch of options (the option to have a freshly squeezed juice of apples, oranges and carrots was very appreciated).

The hot weather, the room offers only a useless fan. no climate control. No tea and coffee machine, no offered a bottle of water.

The location is great, the breakfast is huge and fresh. The parking garage is close to the hotel.

One essential problem. We understand that since Innsbruck is located in the middle of 2-3-thousand-meter-high mountains in principle is not a hot city, but now it was above 30 C, and thereby the 4 floor's room where extremely hot. The temperature inside the room was above 30C (even late evening) and the rooms are not equipped with air condition. There was a fancy fan which did not helped to ameliorate the room, so we could not sleep well. We know that the in the middle of the old town is difficult to have parking places. But if a room is already 185 EUR for one night, we think that plus 20 EUR for a parking place is to expensive.

The hotel is in principle a high quality level 4 stars hotel super located in the heart of the old town of Innsbruck. Well doted, modern furniture, everything what you need for a top hotel. Good buffet breakfast, with great and tasty choices.

The refrigerator is generating heat and the room is too hot. I wanted air conditioning.

No AC :( and pretty loud to keep the windows open. Even though they're on a side alley, it's a park kinda area and some guy was yelling on his cellphone till all hours so I had to close the windows. There was no sheet, just a comforter which was too hot to consider. The portable fan was nice, but a ceiling fan would have been nicer. Oh and there appears to be a church nearby because they start ringing their bells at 7am.

Excellent location. The staff was amazing and so helpful! Answered every question in detail. Really took the time to talk to guests! Excellent English (and I'm sure excellent German too--- I don't know what else they spoke but their English was near native proficiency).

no air conditioning only a large fan - made available as a standard makes the room temperature bearable (35°C outside) Parking is a big issue public parking is close by but very expensive no special rate for hotel guests. hotel restaurant and cafe were closed for the WE. Not bad, dead at the peak of the touristic season

The staff were so helpful and welcoming. They treated my daughter so well. The hotel is so grand and beautiful. Despite it raining during our stay, the hotel made up for it. Really enjoyed the variety at breakfast and again the staff were so friendly.
