The bed was a bit noisy (despite being comfortable), and the price is a bit high, but for what's available, it's worth it.

The room was spacious and clean, as was the bathroom. Breakfast was good and varied. The staff was very friendly and attentive, and the hostel has a cool atmosphere. Although it's a bit far from the center, it's easily accessible by bus, which is free for stays longer than two nights (contact the hotel staff for more information). We were also able to leave our luggage in a locker after check-out, which was very convenient!

The room was nice, I only took one point off because the hair dryer was absolutely useless, it was only blowing cold air and it didn’t dry anything.

The breakfast was not restocked until 10. They seem to have a limited supply, and when it’s finished they no longer stock, so if you arrive within the breakfast window, and others have eaten everything, you just don’t get

It’s a little too far from the city center, at the edge. There is no free parking option - you either park at the street (lots of space) but for a fee from 9AM - 7PM. There are a few parking spaces behind the hotel but for 7€. We sadly had a rather small bad (140cm I think), but we could live with that for one night. We also had no fridge in our room - also not a huge problem. I still highly recommend this place.

Considering this was one of the cheapest hotels in the region, we were very surprised. Everything was really nice and modern. Nothing was dirty. We had a really small room but it served us right for one night. The receptionists were kind and helpful. We really liked the breakfast as well. It had everything we wanted and everything was fresh and good. There is a castle just above the hotel, about 15 minutes of walk. I highly recommend this place.

Checking in was hard as I arrived at 1am the machine lost connection and I couldn't figure out my room. The phone to ring the help didn't seem to work well so I had to use my own phone to ring but they were helpful. The location is a 35 minutes walk from HBF but about a 20 minute tram

Great place, located a 30 minute walk from the train station. Something had gone wrong with the booking, but the staff fixed this on the spot - very friendly. I slept in a dorm that had it's own bathroom, all very clean. The room had a table and some chairs, which was nice. Also the breakfast was very good. I would stay there again.

Breakfast was until 1000hr, but from 0900 they stopped refilling. So no more bread, water for tea no sweets from 0930… Staff was even putting the buffet away at 0940hr when there were still people having breakfast! Quote a bummer.

The location is at a corner of Innsbruck, but it is easily accessible by public transport. The breakfast menu could be expanded.
