THE BOILER. All in all, everything was perfect except the boiler. It had its own will and adhered to no rhyme or reason so a lot of the time we didn't have warm water. We followed all the instructions on the label but it had no effect. We tried other things too, but no. I messaged the hosts and while they were nice, their advice was unhelpful. The days that we stayed there were rainy and rather cold and we had to shower with freezing cold water several times! This made the whole stay quite uncomfortable for some of the group's members, which is why I'm complaining so passionately. I say it's high time this basically ancient boiler is changed with a new one. Or, if not, more clear instructions on how to fix issues should be printed (if the hosts even know how their boiler works 🥲). To potential guests, perhaps don't visit for longer stays in the colder months.

The apartment was amazing value for money. It was on two floors, very spacious (it was perfect for my group of 5). I especially recommend it to groups of teens/youth. There were various kitchen appliances, as well as a snack bar. Loved all the rooms, the balcony, almost everything. The location was wonderful as well – near public transport, several places to eat nearby, and felt safe. Overall, we're really happy with our stay and would definitely recommend the place.

I'm 182cm high and the bed was a little bit short for me. I'd also appreciate if there was a double cover (for two persons). The dishwasher leaked even when when switched off, so we had to disable water by the tap under the sink.

Overall we liked it. There was a lot of space for all of us. There is a bakery and a marked very close to the address.

Location 25-30 min with Public Transport from Stephansplatz so it is a bit far.The apartment every time you enter has a heavy smell from it not being open to fresh air often.The toilet where you do your “business” is not paired with a place where you can wash , it is in a different room.For the location needs to be a bit cheaper

The host has a lot of apartments in the same building and when we booked one of them, the apartment was completely different from the ones shown on their profile. It was on the bottom floor, near street level, the kitchen was basically in the hallway, and the bathroom was always cold. There where no sheets for colder weather, no extra towels or bedding if you need to change them. The place was dirty, all the dust and dirt that’s supposed to be thrown away after cleaning, was shoved under the bed. The hair dryer was broken and after asking for them to fix it, they said they would come the next day or send someone over to check the problem out, nobody came to fix or replace the dryer, not the next day nor for our entire stay

I understand that it is cheap but some things we could not tolerate and that was a broken window chalet on the ground floor facing the street where our children slept. This area is not the best so it felt kind of unsettled we mentioned this to the owner who promised a techinican that never came. The heating did not work through the night in the bedroom so we could not put our kids in that freezing room. All in all it is I guess you get what you pay for so don’t expect too much.

I liked the location. It was near the metro station as well as bus station and a huge Interspar. It also has private parking which you can pay for.

We were with small children, in winter (advent fair), so heating was quite important for us. Unfortunately, the larger room (double bed) where the children's bed was made up was colder than the rest of the apartment. It would be advisable to provide a separate electric radiator for this room. In the bathroom the bath was missing a plug, so we could not bathe the child in the bath. In the smaller room the bed creaked and the mattress was too soft (it was very stretched out). cigarette smoke could be smelled, recommended for non smokers only But apart from that everything was adequate and we would recommend it.

Overall very good but: Several flats at the address so the comments cannot go to a particular one. Microwave was not working in the microwave mode, no iron. Although I had some communication, nothing was fixed during the stay. No floor cleaning amenities, which is important for a booking flat. 2 toilet paper rolls for 5 days, so you need to do some shopping.

Occupied the 2 bedroom rooftop apartment. Very clean and spacious, warm and cozy. The location is great, close to subway, a few stations to the center or Schonbrunn, close to market, shops of all kinds, little restaurants and cafes. Easy check-in, elevator.

The flat has good location with connection with buses, trams and U-bahn. The flat is big and good for big groups.

Low sound insulation between rooms due to a gap under the doors and thinner walls. Uneven floor with small steps (watch your step when walking in the dark). Some bedrooms are walk-through. These are just minor details.

Great accommodation near the metro station, relatively close to the city center. Facilities and cleanliness were good. Quiet and peaceful at night, even on weekends. Smooth communication with the hosts, very accommodating. The accommodation was available earlier than expected.

As soon as I entered the apartment there was a very strong smell of humidity and it did not go away, even after airing the room for a couple of hours. Adding to that, the apartment has little light.

The apartment was not exactly the same I saw in Booking photos, but was ok. The apartment had coffee, tea and basic appliances to prepare the breakfast and quick meals (there is no oven, only a microwave). The neighborhood is quiet and safe and there are supermarkets nearby. Although it is a bit far from the center, the Lagenfeldgasse station is a couple of minutes walk away.

It is mezonet apartement, which is not mentioned. We had toddler and there is no gate to lock stairs - we couldn't rest and had to pay attention to our kid not to fall from stairs. It is rooftom apartment without aircon, really hot in summer.

Apartment was big, but there were less carpets, tho the floor was pretty col, therefore i suggest putting in some more carpets. One big suggestion - 2 out of 3 window blinds aren't functioning, so maybe try to fix it. Mostly because the apartment was on the ground floor, so one night, in the middle of the night, someone knocked on our window and ran away. Not much big of a deal, but it woke us up terrified.

It was pretty cold in the apartment and it take one whole night and day to become warm. For 3 night stay we got only one set of towels and for extra set (small and large towels we had to pay extra 6€). First night TV didn't function and next night we figured out how to fix it.

I was there in February last year and it was a pleasant stay so I decided to book it again. Apartment has its own parking in backyard. It is spacious and clean one bedroom apartment.
