Super location, many things to explore in the region. Wonderful view, high in the mountains, but close to the city market, center, etc. Huge, stylish apartments, super well equipped kitchen with everything you can need, good furniture, everything is clean and new. It is up on the hillside with nothing around, quite a bit of drive from any shops or restaurants or bars. Just need to know this to organise yourself accordingly for your stay. I am very particular about the cleanliness of a bathroom, that could have been a bit better.

Very nice rooms, just like on the pictures. Beautiful view from the location to the surrounding mountains. Pool was great, nice and warm, really enjoyed it after a day of skiing.

Price is too high I believe especially for the location that is quite high in the mountains and hence not so easy access, distant from shop and any restaurants.

There is no lift. Our accommodation was on the top floor. Having some mobility challenges our group found it slightly cumbersome to go up and down. The sauna is really small and we didn't really manage to find a time when it would have been available to use. In winter, bear in mind that you'll need good tyres to get up the hill to reach the hotel.

The views are fantastic, and the hotel was very calm and rooms well isolated. Rooms were modern, clean and well equipped. Our spacious suite had two bedrooms on the opposing sides of the flat, with kitchen and living area in the middle, which was a plus.

The astonishing views have their price, you need to take a long walk downhill to reach St. Martin main street. But hey, are the mountains not for having a walk up and down again?

We are very happy with our stay at Hideaway Dachstein West. The apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped. Surrounding views were astonishing. Good contact with reception and great bread service for your morning breakfast. Wellness section with amazing swimming pool.

The apartment has everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Free parking, perfect check-in service, large and clean rooms, large terrace, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom for each bedroom, beautiful outdoor pool and sauna for evening relaxation after a day's skiing (and WiFi and large TV, too).

Nothing we could complain. We definitely wants to go back. Loved the place.

Ilse the receptionist was very helpful and kind and fluently speaks english which is a big + We got the exact same room as booked (penthouse for 8 persons) with huge balcony and spectacular view to the mountains and the infinity pool. Room was clean, huge, modern, well equipped. Smart TV was good to watch some netflix movies and play songs from our youtube channels. There was nothing we missed. Pool is heated, sauna was great. We didn't order fresh bakery stuff in the mornings, but there is an option. Heated separate room for the ski stuff.

Description inconsistent with what is on the booking- (view on the swimming pool ) There are a few apartments, which don’t have a nice view ( ours was on the parking lot) The hotel’s staff is only a few hours available. There are so many apartments that someone should be available all the time. During our stay the fire alarm went off twice and no one from the staff showed up. People went outside at night and no one knew what was going on. We had no sleep the whole night, not to mention the stress.

EVERYTHING!!!! By FAR, the best holiday accommodations we ever had!!!! Location, view, clean, comfort, size, facilities, all get a no brainer 10. The apartment came with a full large set of kitchenware. The view was to die for. An hour drive from all major attractions in the area. As the Dachstein Hideaway is located on the hillside, a car is essential, also to go for dinner in the evening. While it's possible to walk to the village in the valley in 30-45 min, it's not really suited for carless travels. Also, it should be noted that the pool was only open from around 4 / 5 PM to 7 PM, while the reception was occupied.

Dachstein Hideaway was the perfect accommodation for our winter holiday in the Alps. The two-bedroom-apartment with kitchen, balcony and TV had everything we needed and the modern, wooden interior made it really cosy. The spa area with the sauna and infinity pool overlooking the mountain panorama was one of the highlights - perfect to relax after a day of winter sports. As the apartment complex is situated on the hillside, it's great to start hikes right there. Otherwise, Sankt Martin am Tennengebirge is ideal for cross-country skiing with several blue slopes. We also really enjoyed exploring the nearby villages and areas (Flachau, Filzmoos etc.) for snowshoe walking and winter hikes.
