Nice comfortable hotel, located next to a river stream and with beautiful view of the mountains. Nicole, at the reception, was very courteous and helpful. She suggested some very good places that we could plan to go around.

No dinner on Saturdays.

The room wasn’t ready on time but they upgraded it and made up for it. The balcony view of the river is fantastic. The swimming pool and sauna are a great plus for the hotel.

The staff was absolutely wonderful. We were pleasantly surprised at some of the free amenities (help yourself to snacks in the afternoon) and it had the best shower of all the hotels we stayed in on our trip!

Had the most amazing, peaceful, comfortable stay here. The staff was amazing and helpful, our room next to the river was so beautiful. Breakfast and snacks included every day, plus a pool and sauna. This place is the best!!!

If I may say the floors were making some noise while walking in the room.

The staff were so accommodating and let me check in super early at 11 am. So nice to be able to freshen up and drop off my bags before heading out to explore. This place is a gem 💎.

Everything was amazing. Located right across the main train station in Kitzbuhel. Room was spacious with a spectacular view of the river. Our room was 221. Cleanliness was A+. All the hotel employees were very friendly and welcoming. Food included was spectacular. The breakfast had everything you could imagine and more, top quality. There was also included with the stay a “snack/late lunch/happy hour” from 5-7pm I believe and they had cheeses, hams, breads etc… There is an indoor pool, gym, sauna, steam room, all amazing. I highly recommend this place.

Attitude of a few of the higher employees, although the majority were friendly and polite.

Superb breakfast but what is a highlight of this hotel is the afternoon treat with a variety of tasty goods. Also the train station from which in 2' you get to the main ski lift ( Hahnenkammbahn) is located just in front of the Hotel.

The payment process ran into trouble. The card machine was declined on all cards. I went and drew out money to settle. up. Bank was close by!!!

The hotel is in a wonderful location, just a short walk to the city, and the train to the main ski station is right across – a huge convenience. It’s a cozy boutique hotel with very friendly service. Delicious breakfasts and afternoon snacks. The spa is very nice – exceptionally large, clean saunas, and a pool. Comfortable beds and rooms, and the temperature in the hotel is perfect.

The location was not in the historical centre.

This was such a nice hotel to come home to after a long day of skiing. The sauna was relaxing and the breakfast selection was lovely. Quick train ride down to the main gondola was super easy to use, staff were so helpful also

Everything was just great, room was spacious, staff is super friendly, breakfast and snacks in the evening - delicious! Great location as well - close to the station that brings you to the ski lift in 2 minutes. Even though station was literally next door - we didn't have any problems with noise. Also, view was soooo nice - we were looking at both mountains and small river.
