Only point would be the pillows…they were terrible. Lumpy with no support and we left with bad neck ache.

Everything! We were very fortunate being close to end of season as they upgraded us into the 5* Alpine Palace from the Stammhaus. As we were there to celebrate my husband’s 50th it really was appreciated. The hotel and amenities are superb. Spacious room with a beautiful bathroom, and great balcony looking at the slopes. The heated outdoor pool is a real perk, and the spa facilities are amazing. Breakfast was great, with a huge selection and eggs to order. The fresh orange juice was delicious. Right next to a lift up the mountain, great ski lockers. The biggest kudos goes to the staff, absolutely wonderful. They could not do enough for you and were so hospitable and friendly, especially the breakfast and reception staff. We would absolutely stay here again. Loved it!

Room furniture in Stammhaus part is outdated, need to be remodeled.

Great hotel right in the center of Hinterglemm. Has ski lockers, spa (indoor and outdoor pools, sauna, heating beds), amazing breakfast (even had papaya!).

I didn't like the fact that the rooms looked pretty gloomy when we arrived at night. Not having been renovated in like forever and with poor lighting it didn't look very much worth the price.

Helpful staff! Rooms were clean but very dated. You could see that some of the rooms have not been renovated in years. But the breakfast was nice. Location is great.

I wished the view from my balcony was better as most of it was a wall and north facing but at least my room had a balcony and I was upgraded free from a single to a double room

Amazing breakfast, great location.and friendly staff. My room was basic but modern and clean. The hotel had super facilities and had so much more to offer than I expected for the price of my stay. A very lovely place. I loved the Joker card given too.

It has been my 5th or 6th time staying either at Stammhaus or Alpine Palace Hotel and as always I was not disappointed. Facilities, a tasty breakfast, and welcoming staff are what make me return here. And most likely I will be back.

1. The room (specifically 336 and 337) absolutely does not correspond to the expected standard and the to price charged by the facility. It is dark (no. 336) with a view of the wall, which is about one meter away from the balcony; it was not possible to set the temperature in the room (temperature approx. 24 to 25 °C at night); the bathroom requires a complete reconstruction (the sink plug does not work, the water flow to the shower head was mall functioning, the water flow into toilet was leaking) 2. Breakfast should be available at least an hour before the start of the cable cars. At the beginning of March, the cable car runs from 8:00 a.m. whereas the breakfast starts at 7:30 a.m. 3. The staff was nice, but faulting. E.g. wrong code settings for unlocking the ski locker - we are unlocking someone else's; Or: She willingly explains the way to the garage, but she doesn't tell us that we need a chip of the room key to return to the hotel. 4. Little information about the services offered by the hotel (we found out about the afternoon snack prepared in the lobby by chance on the last day).

The room was small and smells. It’s old furniture with uncomfortable matras and pillows. The cleaning lady didn’t clean the floor everytime she comes. She even didn’t refill the mineral water in the room. She just make up our bed and change towel. If you compare the price of the room in this hotel to other hotel around. It’s overpriced. There are many rooms with same of value and better rooms. The location is close with Apres ski. So even I have close the door and window, I could still hear the loud music.

We expected a basic setup as per our booking, but we were unprepared for the extent of the disturbances. Ski activity persisted outside our window till 9 PM, not ideal with a small child but it wasn’t the end of the world – without our toddler, it wouldn’t have been an issue. However, the nightly routine of a tractor road scraping at 10 PM more or less every other night and the piste-ing of the slope outside our window at 11 PM every night, each lasting 40 minutes was horrendous. When we requested a quieter room but were told that all rooms suffered similar noise levels. The older part of the hotel would benefit from soundproofed windows and/or at minimum lined curtains that actually fit the windows.

The location is incredible, located a 2 and 5-minute walk (even in ski boots) from the nearest lifts. The breakfast was lovely and the staff were friendly and always ready to assist. The hotel's facilities, including the spa, bar, and restaurant, are both lovely and modern. We ate a few evenings in the hotel and this was also lovely. We were not half board but heard lots of good things about this option.

If I would say something - furniture in Stammhouse is little bit older Austrian standard, but comfortable, clean. Parking is not free of charge, but everybody knows it in advance,

Very good location in the centre of Hinterglemm, next the ski lift. Perfect views fom large balconies. Tasty and various breakfast on the terrace. Parkin lot is next the hotel, staff is fine and helpful. Rooms are comfortable.
