Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

BelgiumWe booked for 3 nights (2 days). The owner was not able to provide us the summer cards, because her husband who did all the online stuff was abroad. Without the summer card, you pay a lot of money for the different cable cars in Sölden (more than €50/person for one return journey with Geislachbahn); with the summer card, everything is completely free. So we were not amused at all. Luckily, when we came back the first day, the summer cards were on the table in the flat, which means that we could use them during our second day in Sölden.
The studio is OK, with a separate bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped and can be used to do your own catering. Haus Veronika is located alongside the main road to the Timmelsjoch pass but with the windows closed, you don't hear the traffic at all.

NetherlandsThe location is right next to the busstop, which is free and super convenient with the Ötztal guest card. You'd expect it to be very noisy, but it wasn't that noticeable. The beds weren't the softest, but comfortable enough for us. The owner was really friendly and welcoming. We had a great stay with our dog.

NetherlandsBad communication. We had some questions about the garbage and washmachine . Tried to contact the owner by the intercom at the appartment. This turned over to voicemail. Left a message but no response. Also send the owner 2 messages by Booking.com but no response either. Also the use of the washmachine and dryer is quite expensive. 4 euro per turn of each machine. And we agree with some other comments that the kitchen equipment good be a little more like a breadboard and an ovendish and baking tray.

LuxembourgLocation was excellent, between two ski resorts. Ski bus and ski room very accessible. Quiet area, perfect for our dog. Well equipped. Our hosts were very welcoming and on hand when required. We would love to come back!

We loved everything! Very kind host, helped us with everything, very nice and welcoming, made sure we had everything we needed, thank you! Location is perfect, next to busstop, view on the mountains and river, beautiful! Very close to Sölden (3 min by car) and Gurgl (5 min by car). Good food at Hotel Neue Post across from the apartment. Summercard included which was perfect for exploring the area. Would definitely recommend to stay here!
