Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
Guidelines and Standards for Reviews

Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.

A truly exceptional and enjoyable accommodation experience! The place offers a peaceful, homey atmosphere that allows you to relax completely. The breakfast is excellent, and the hosts are incredibly friendly and service-oriented. The rooms are kept impeccably clean, with daily housekeeping service making sure everything is tidy and well-maintained. The location is perfect - just a 10-minute drive to Skivelt ski resort and close to Kitski and surrounding areas. Set in a pastoral area, this place is a real gem. The serene environment combined with the attentive service makes it an outstanding choice. I highly recommend staying here!

The pillows could have been better.
The view was great, and the staff were very pleasant and kind. Breakfast was good. The sauna was greatly appreciated. Great location for an Almabtrieb vacation.

Everything was just perfect.
This house is really a great choice to stay while in Tirol, due to its good Position at nice and quiet location, own parking and easy to find. Rooms are very nice, beds are comfortable and Overall room experience is great. Breakfast served was tastefull, nothing missing for good breakfast. Most of All, landlords are extremely pleasant and helpful for anything you might need. Alltogether = memorable experience of Tirol hospitality... 👍👌

Only two small things, being a winter resort, it would have been a bit nicer having the saunas and pool in the same building with the rooms... but this is really minor... and the other thing that I was a bit disapointed was that there was no option of having dinner at the hotel. Staying with two kids, after relaxing and saunas you really do not feel like going out and look for a restaurant. That was the only thing that was unfortunate. The rest was all great. Breakfast simple, but not falling short of anything. thank you.
The stay was pleasant, the staff was friendly, the place was clean and the value for money was good, having us upgraded was much appreciated.

I like very much the location in a lovely tirolian village, the entire building was new, clean and nicely decorated, the room was very clean with daily cleaning, good and appetizing breakfast, the garden was beautiful with many flowers, the host was friendly and warm, fridge with different drinks at good prices was available 24/7, very nice view from our balcony. There are many activities you can do in this area in summer days: hiking, cycling, visiting Innsbruck and Salzburg, swimming, events like music festival or flower parade.

Mattress too soft but hey that is subjective
Overall positioning of hotel. Staff was amazing and helpful. Breakfast great. Pool and sauna for free - did not use but it is nice.

The pool and the sauna were in a separate building, so you had to walk outside. Also, all the restaurants are in the city center or on the lake, and the walk was not always comfortable. But, all in all, these quibbles were minor, and we really liked the place.
The breakfast was small, but very good. The personnel were great! The room was clean, the facilities quite good for the price. There was a ski bus stop within a few meters of the property. And the sauna and the pool were good.

It says ski in - ski out but it applies only to the black slope so if you want to ski on red or blue slope you need to take a ski bus to the station. Pool is in a separate building.
Very tasty food and amazing coffee but limited choice and no rotation so after a week you feel the need to diversify your diet a bit.

Staff is not really helpful if you have some problems, cant reach them on the phone. To reach the spa you need to go outside to the other building.
Nice room and breakfast, Spa has a nice touch.
