Nothing really.

We were on the skiing holiday and the place was conveniently located ~30 minutes away from Stubaier Gletscher. The house has multiple apartments. We stayed in the one on the top floor. It was made of 2 bedrooms, each having a double bed. One of the bedrooms had what seemed like a chair that might become a sofa. And the living room had an L shaped couch which perhaps can be used as sofa as well. We were 4 people and it worked well. The WC and shower are separate, but just one of each. Keep that in mind.

Everything is absolutely super!

An absolutely wonderful location with a panoramic view of the countryside. I was excited! The lady spoke perfect English, arranged everything and nothing was a problem. I recommend the accommodation and rate it 10/10.

The Lady of the house was helpful and friendly. The room was well appointed and had a balcony with very nice views down the valley. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice and quality products. The Wi-Fi worked well. Parking is possible just outside the door :) We would like to come back again :)

Nice and kind personnel, tidy room, awesome breakfast, parking available outside free of charge, free Wifi, smaller room but relatively good for the money we paid, 2 kilometers walking from neighboring village with more services and infrastructure, I would recommend this accommodation.

Very comfortable and cosy stay, the lady of the house was so kind and made sure I had everything I needed. Everything was very clean, breakfast was great and was in a great area for hiking and exploring. Good public transport, was easy to get around. I will definitely stay here again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay here in our ski trip. We had a lovely room with traditional Tirol style plus breath-taking view of the Alps. It was in early May, the beauty of the surroundings is beyond my imagination. The owners of the apartment are super friendly, supportive and helpful. The breakfast is of high quality. We had a great time here: nature, local experiences and pleasant conversations. We will not hesitate to stay here with family and friends again in our next trip.

lovely family house with located on a heel with beautiful view in the mountains. room is very clean cosy warm and has a balcony. the host is adorable lady that is welcoming you with a lovely smile . breakfast has been prepared on your wish with the eggs of your choice . great value for its service! :) Wi-Fi was working very well (despite few comments in review) - we didn’t notice any issues with it.

Quiet place. Huge balcony with fabulous view. Wonderful breakfast. Bus stop for a shuttle bus to the ski resort cca 3 min by walk from the house. Drying rack for the ski boots and skis. Very friendly land-lady.

The host is very responsive , also great location , 2-3 minutes from the bus station where there is a Regiobus which goes directly to the gondola station. Buses are at every 10 minutes

Well the room was a little small, that's the only thing, I did expect it to be a bit bigger, but I spend most time outdoors so it was not such a big thing after all

Friendly staff clean place great location! Nice and quit place between fulpmes and neustift, stubaicard offer is great and also dog friendly place, lovely
