Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

FinlandWe got an apartment in basement, with no view to mountains. From upper floors the view must be beautiful. Washing machine and drying room would be good after several days skiing.
Clean and spaceful apartment, several excellent ski slopes within 30min driving distance. Quiet and peaceful place. Easy parking right at the front door. Good kitchen. Easy check-in and -out.

China26 December was a little bit chilly inside. But after few days of living became warmer because of floor heating system.
Great apartment, clean, very big and comfortable. A lot of dishes in the kitchen. Much cheaper than Flachau options for skiing. It tooks 10 min to get to the ski lift achterjet by car. Free car parking behind ski lift. Super comfortable for ski weekend.

GermanyThe internet speed could have been better. Since, we were 8 people surfing the Internet, the speed was compromised.
Everything was perfect. We were in total 8 People and two cars. There was parking available. We stayed there for the night while visiting from Hallstatt. The kitchen was also well-equipped. There were big-sized utensils that immensely helped us in cooking.

Even tho we have informed the host, we would be coming between 4pm – 5 pm, and we really did – we did not have instructions for the keys, the host was not responding to our calls for half an hour. So we were just waiting in front of the building until they answered the phone. The kitchen: dishwasher was full of dirty, smelly dishes. There was only one dishwasher capsule, only one plastic trash bag, one toilet paper, zero kitchen cloths, the lights over the cupboard were not working at all. There were only 3 bigger cups for tea, only couple of pots and pans – not even big ones (we cooked the soup for 6 people in two different pots). The apartment is meant to be for 6 people, but there definitely is not enough furnishing. The dishwasher was not even working and we fixed it ourselves. BUT we have talked to the host about all these issues and she told us that: “The lights for the kitchen are ordered, but not arrived yet; the dishwasher is broken, so wash the dishes in your hands (but we did book the apartment because of the dishwasher) and we also fixed the dishwasher by ourselves. She said that for 15 years she only gives one piece of dishwasher capsule, one trash bag, one toilet paper and no one has ever complained”. From our modest opinion, this is not how you run a business. She gave us 91€ discount. That’s it.
The apartment was quite large.

LithuaniaVery dissapointing stay. Strange experience. We were greated with list of house rules: you have to remove bed linen before leaving; you have to unload dishwasher before leaving, you brake = you pay. If not complied - penalty payment may be applied. And all furniture inside is heavilly used and broken. We were affraid to touch anything. First time in my life on booking we had to make bed linens before leaving. Also made a lot photos of furniture to have proof, that it was broken on our arrival. Half of light bulbs missing and lamps holding on scotch tape.
Not much to like. All furniture is broken inside. Were afraid to touch anything.
