We booked an apartment in August 2025. The apartment was clean, large, and well-located, close to the city center and the lake. The host was very kind and helpful. Everything was as described on the Booking.com website. We highly recommend it.

Apartement was really hot, as it was hot in Zell am See on July and because of that I had trouble to sleep well. You couldn't really open the windows, because then bugs came in.

Apartement was really nice, clean and cosy. Sort of like home. Owner, Gabrielle was kind. Apartement was close to centrum and trainstation.

This apartment is beautiful, really spacious and warm and the beds are extremely comfortable. Gabriele is the most friendly, attentive host we could have asked for. The location is amazing, a 5 minute walk has you in the centre of Zell or at the ski lift. I would highly recommend staying here.

Very convenient place, very close to the center and the lifts. Super friendly, lovely host! Gabriele was very helpful and gave us a lot of tips during our 4 days stay. She was even speaking German to me slowly and very clearly, as she realized that I wanted to refresh my German... THANK YOU GABRIELE !!!

In the appartement wasnst electric dryers for boots (but we had ours), and the mattress of bed was very, very soft, not good for good sleeping, even for kids. But it was'nt big problems, just to know. We were very happy that the price was really very good.

Everyting i like in this area. Nice view, near the center Zall Am See, near the bus station, near the ski resorts (with car), home was very clean, and it was nice to know that the place, is vila from 1913, feels like we were living in historical place :)

The road and rail noise was very loud. Not too bad with all the windows closed, but it was far too hot (30 degrees some days) during our stay to close the windows. As it is an attic apartment, the price you pay for the exceptional view is the heat. An Aircon unit in the attic apartment would likely have solved both issues.

Location was central and the view was amazing. Place was clean and the apartment spacious. Great kitchen with everything you need to cook a family meal. Nice balcony! The host (Gabrielle) was fantastic and provided everything we asked for. She also provided advice on day trips which helped us plan our visit.

The view is mesmerizing from apt 8. The host, Gabrielle, is a lovely person. The proximity to transport made it convenient for us to use buses ans trains. Everything was amazing.

The kitchen could have been a biiit more stocked, and the bed sunk a little, but otherwise no complaints.

The facilities were somewhat used - e.g. wobbly door handle, which nearly fell out, worn mats in a shower.

Great location - very close to the center, main street, and railway station, own parking space, large balcony, and the views to the lake. Kind and helpful hostess. Clean, warm, rustic style.
