The gap of the shower door should be tighter in order not to leak shower water. Not serious but can be better.

The view from the room was perfectly matched to the post. The details & reply efficiency were also good. The room kitchen was nice too.

Great location in Hallstatt; quiet end of town overlooking the lake. Very well equipped; clean; very efficient, and wonderful hosts.

Like everything in Halstatt be ready to hike far to your accomodations from P1 parking with your luggage. Shuttle stops at 6pm. Met the owner and I bet they would come get you and bring you in if you ask! Restaraunts are way over priced and not very good. Even local food was poorly prepared. Surprisingly the kabob stand by Grunerbaum was the best. Better to bring your own food and cook at the well stocked apartment.

Surprisingly great little apartment close enough to everything but still far enough away to feel seperate from the crowds. Super sweet! Halstatt bests were the hikes to local waterfalls and e-boat rental on the lake! Church Pfar Kirche Maria has great grounds and views. Go at night! Too beautiful and fun.

Nothing at all! It exceeded all our expectations!

It was the best apartment that I and my husband have ever stayed at. The apartment was very thoughtfully managed and equipped with attention to minute details that made us feel at home and very well looked after. The view from the apartment is just breathtaking, the pictures really don’t do justice to how it actually looks!

I felt that the bed, especially the pillows, was not that comfortable. Also, around 6:30 am everyday there was a lot of noise coming from the apartment above us. Something like a person jumping or running. However, if you are not a light sleeper, it should be fine. Even with these little things, we would totally come back.

The location is excellent and is very easy to find. Everything is walking distance. The little apartment is perfect size and very cozy with an incredible view of the lake. The kitchen had everything we needed. The place was clean, and they also provided bedsheets, towels, shampoo, and shower gel. The self check in and check out were easy to do. Also, the left pastry in our door to have breakfast, which was an extra added service that we really appreciated. The host was nice. We only had online contact, but they were always available to help if needed. They also left a lot of information about what to do in Hallstatt.

Pillows enormous, could not be handled in bed. I sleep on my belly which wasn't possible with these pillows. Everything else 100%

Andi and his family are very friendly , welcoming and helpful. The apartment is cozy and beautiful! the location is so convenient,. Only few minutes walk from the ferry and the centre. Stunning view from the apartment!! ! Definitely will come back again❣️❣️

It was perfect.

Lots of space and plenty of facilities to self cater which is handy in Hallstatt as most places close by 6pm. The apartment was in a great location with beautiful views of the lake. Andi is a great host and messaged to say we could get in early. Essential items like milk, butter, yoghurt etc were available to buy at the same price as the supermarket. A lovely touch was the fresh bread rolls that were delivered to our door each morning. Thank you for a lovely visit.

We had a wonderful stay at Haus of Franziska! Some of the highlights that made our experience truly memorable: We were allowed to check in early and check out late, which gave us more time to enjoy our trip without stress. From the moment we arrived until our last day, we were treated to free incredibly tasty bread – such a thoughtful touch! The house is perfectly located with a beautiful lake view from the window, and it's close to all the major tourist destinations around Hallstatt. The hosts were extremely kind, accommodating, and always reachable whenever we needed anything. The apartment itself had a lovely view and came with a fully equipped kitchen and complete amenities – it truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the Hallstatt area!

Lovely view, very easy access to all the best photo spots and to the town! Loved the morning bakery treats, made good use of the ‘mini supermarket’. Loved the little extras, like bowl of chocolates. Andi very helpful and communicative.

Loved this place!! Beautiful views, The bed was so comfy we had a great nights sleep. The shower was clean and hot. Brilliant communication with Andi with check in details and how to get there via the train and was always happy to answer any questions.

Everything was very good . if a washing machine can be provided in the Haus would be excellent

Very responsive host who helped us to book taxi and gave us the option to catch the train back to Attnang Pucheim. we couldn't handle our luggage with the boat and the slopes. Very nice view of the lake and mountains. Shower has good water pressure and warm water. Pleasantly pleased to get free local bread in the morning.
