The beds were bad and were worn out and very creaky, just like the door. Breakfast wasn’t that good. There wasn’t enough of everything as soon as there more more thatn 4 people eating at the same time

The shared bathroom was okay. The balcony was nice. The room was okay. The location was very central. Check-In was easy

Unlike the description said (a shared bathroom) we had our own bathroom, that was nice.

Bed was uncomfortable, made a lot of noise just rolling from one side to another, walls were very thin, we were located at the back of the hall but we heard everything what was going behind the doors, didn’t get much sleep :/

The washroom was tiny. The room was a little bit dark. Lighting could be improved.

The location was good. The hotel is old fashioned which I liked. The view was really good from the room.

In one of the rooms mattresses were worn out, you couldn't sleep on them normally. Second room was with one small roof window.

1) Room has only one horizontal window, which can’t be used when raining. Thus must keep closed when sleeping when there is any possibility of rain. This time it was cool, so wasn’t a problem. But on warmer nights that could be a problem. 2) The shared washroom has washbasin, toilet and shower in one room, which is not a time efficient design.

A bit noisy in the morning as our room was opposite the kitchen. Limited sockets for charging. An extension cable would have been helpful.

Limited choice of food, but that's about it.

Breakfast was fine. There was no hot food (apart from boiled eggs) but I did not really miss it. Location was good, with easy access to shops and bars. The key access worked very well.

Beds in our room were too short for persons who are taller than 185 cm.

Heating in our room did not work. We reported that to the owner. 15 min later a person came and fixed the problem. Location is great, breakfast is good.

Breakfast spread could have been better with bacon on the menu.

Pretty good place, in the center of the town. Neat and tidy place. Remotely managed but the owner is very helpful. The entire process of checkin was done with ease and with clear instructions.

Our room was quite dark with only one small roof window with no view, the window could not be left open for the night because of it's slope and the high chance of rain - with vertical ones you can always slightly open them

Very central location, you're actually on main walking street of Mayrhofen. Stuff was nice, breakfast was good. Price is very good. Overall - nice place to stay for a night or two

Hot water took a while to arrive at the room, but did eventually.

Great budget place to stay for a night or two. We never met the staff but they were really great in responding to email questions. There's a communal room with free drinks for all guests. Excellent value for money. Great budget hotel

We had room for 3. The sofa was good, but the bed was too soft at least for us.

We stayed in the apartment for five nights. Very nice and pleasant stuff. Good breakfast. Nice option of having cold/hot beverage in the salon room. Very central location, on the main street. Easy ✔️

My bed which I think was a fold out bed was really uncomfortable. I could feel the metal frame. Didn't sleep very well. Quite a lot of steps if you stayed on the 2nd floor like we did.

Good communications and good central location in town. Clean and tidy.

I like sleeping with 2 pillows and there was only 1, but that’s just being picky :)

Only slight issue was it was quite hard to get a consistent temperature from the shower.

Staff were fantastic. Check in and out was super easy and really valued having the lock box for keys so didn't need to take out skiing and on night's out! Room was comfy and was lovely to have a balcony looking out over both the main street and the mountains. Location was excellent and despite being very central, I had no issues with noise. Breakfast was quite basic but still offered good variety of cold food and drinks. Having additional drinks in the communal area fridge was a really great extra touch.
