Wonderful views, great location, clean, comfrotable and peaceful. The owener is very kind - she takes care of the accommondation with love! We felt comfortable and i can truly recommend this place. The price for the services provided was also reasonable. Thank you , we have nothing to complain about.

This place is amazing! The location is central in St.Martin, the room is huge, the views are breath taking and the hosts are super nice! We added breakfast as well and it was good. I recommend this place to everyone who looks for a a friendly and warm place.

Nothing much to say here. Everything was great. Only thing missing was a washer-dryer. If staying longer you may need it . Also a fan should do. Though the weather is amazing still somedays can get a little hot!

The location of this apartment is mind blowing. The views are breath taking. With a balcony there, its nice to sit and enjoy the views. The owners are really friendly and approachable. They provided all the information needed for the stay. The apartment is equipped with everything necessary. The kitchen is also well equipped. There is a grocery store close by and has everything you need for the trip. The parking is easy. They have a small play area which is great for the kids. My son enjoyed the trampoline :). Must try woody-bob that is walkable distance and also the Pizza restaurant near the park. All the main places like Hallstatt, Salzburg, Konigsee, Zell am see is not more than an hours drive so that makes it perfect for day trips Overall amazing stay! definitely will come back!

With the extreme changes in the weather, it is good to have an air conditioner in the rooms,

From our point of view, the location was excellent, close to the highway and allows a star trip to many attractions, We had a problem with the car and the owner of the hotel helped us a lot both in dealing with the rental company and in a technical attempt to solve the problem,

Everything was perfect! - Amazing views of the valley and mountain from the room - The room was very clean and cozy - Breakfast was nice and at a reasonable price - Location is perfect for hikes, lakes (e.g. gosausee), and also you have restaurants and the supermarkt close by - The hosts were just simply the loveliest and kindest folks, plus well-stocked with irish whiskey ;)

Bathroom was rather tiny but it wasn't an issue for us.

Nice and quiet place for a pleasant stay. Room is rather small but has a balcony with an excellent view. Breakfast was swell. Hosts are attentive, charming and always ready for a lovely chat. Parking space is available right in front.

I rarely leave reviews, but this place deserves it. The hosts were so friendly and had plenty of good recommendations for us ✨ We were mainly there to visit Eisriesenwelt - the biggest ice cave in the word, but we will definitely plan another visit to Haus Farmer! 🤍

I would have liked if the breakfast started earlier considering it is a skiing region and it is nice to have an early breakfast and hit the slopes as early as possible. However, the hosts managed to organise it earlier than usual for us.

I liked that the hosts were very accommodating and the house has everything you need. The view from the balcony and the surroundings are beautiful!
