Haus Edith can be easily reached by two different bus lines and it’s in walking distance to the Strandbad, Seebuehne and the lake. It’s a cozy and clean space which makes it easy to feel at home. Some rooms (maybe all?) have a balcony and coffee & tea are available for the guests for free.

The pizzeria was directly connected to the house, and their pizza was delicious! You can tell that the owner of the house does their best to make you feel comfortable! For example, when we asked for specific things, they were quick to reply and fulfilled our wishes. Coffee and tea are included in the price, which we also appreciated.

The building is quite old and would need some renovation. Therefore it doesn't look very clean, for example in the shower. The shower curtain must be changed! There were spiderwebs in several corners of the room (not only on the ceiling!). It's nice that there is a balcony, but it is absolutely not well cared for. They should really invest in installing mosquito nets in the doors. The pillows (not their covers) looked disgusting and stained and were not comfortable at all.

There was an excellent communication, right from the beginning to the departure. We felt warmly welcome by the host and immediately at home. The neighbourhood is quiet, just a short walk to the lake and also easy access to Bregenz town centre. A very cosy place. We will certainly come again.

A week holiday, it has been just great. You can feel yourself like in a family context. Suggestions for excursion and good restaurants come along, without need to ask for them.

I had a lovely stay at Haus Edith. The host was very nice and knowledgeable of the area and places to visit. The room was perfect for what I needed. The location was good and you can easily walk to most places in Bregenz, if you like walking. Or there are plenty of buses and trains. You can also get the ferry from Bregenz Harbour to other countries. I ate at the restaurant attached, Nosta pizzeria, on the last nice and the pizza was delicious. It was a lovely, quiet accommodation and would definitely recommend it. Thank you for having me.

Just needed more milk sachets, as I ran out towards the end of my holiday.

The staff is really friendly and nice. They help you orient in the city. Nearby the hotel, there is a nice little beach. The room had a kettle, a coffee maker, and a fridge, also some basic cutlery is available for the guests. There was a nice balcony. There are both curtains and blinds.

The room is a bit old. The sink outside of the bathroom is weird and also the tap wasn't working properly.

I stayed here in the middle of a heatwave (32deg C+). the house was still work in progress. I was given a new bottle cooler which was a god send as my drinks were a little cooler because of it. Room had sun all day and the 2 nights were torture. The bed was not comfortable and the room all night was like a furness. When I left I told the host if he continued to let this room out, It would need window shutters or a wind out exterior blind as closing the curtains just did not work. I cannot remember his witty answer but I asure you it will not happen. The host was very nice to talk to, there was a kitchen area but I ate out. one night I went to the pizza place attached to the house and it was nice food. Other bars and shops were nearby. A stand fan would also be welcome in this room.

Overheated rooom, no fan or sun deflection from large windows.

Very comfortable, clean room with balcony and private bathroom. WiFi works well, coffee and tea provided.

A lovely clean apartment, with good facilities for making a drink or a snack. A nice balcony. The host met us on route to the apartment and helped us settle in. Lovely woodland nearby for a morning walk.

A bit of a walk from the station (10-15 mins), but buses were available.
