The location was nice

A little bit expensive for the service and location, the coffee machine had really a problem.

We were warmly welcomed with genuine hospitality that made us feel immediately at home. The room was very cozy, with lovely details that made the stay special. The toiletries provided – soap and shower gel – were of excellent quality, a small but wonderful touch. Breakfast was plentiful with a good variety to choose from. And on top the view from the balcony overlooking the mountains was absolutely breathtaking!

in short, the accommodation has everything you would expect from a similar facility in Austria. In addition, there is the hospitality and helpfulness of the owners - it felt more like a visit than a hotel

Warm welcome, great dinner, the view was impressive, staff - which is actually the owner’s family - was taking care of everything- they were super kind and even washed our bike packing clothes.

Spacious room, parking space by the hotel The room and bathroom were clean, tho I don’t understand why towels were left on the shower floor. I would prefer to have clean towels that didn’t have the contact with the floor instead of weird swan shaped towel art installation in the shower cabin. I feel like the way how the hotel is run is a bit outdated.

1. Bedlinen Weirdest thing happened to us, I wouldn’t believe it if i didn’t experience it. The bedlinen was quite used and didn’t feel nice to the touch, but the worst thing is, it must have been made from poor quality - plastic material, cause during the night, when we made any movement, the bedlinen was generating electricity. There were ACTUAL SPARKS which kept pinching us. It never happened to us before or after that stay. We didn’t sleep well because of this, the whole bed was electrified and made it really hard to fall sleep. Quite ridicules. Except the electric bed linen, the duvet was quite thin and poor quality too. The pillows were really uncomfortable as well. Overall it would be a really nice place to stay on the way to Italy, if the bedlinen/duvet situation would be improved. Definitely needs changing to better quality. 2. Room fridge Another thing I really didn’t like - very very expensive water bottles in the room. There is a fridge with snacks and drinks you can buy, which I thought is a thing of a past to be honest. Luckily I rarely see room fridges with some cheep snacks for insane prices anymore and I travel a lot. Usually if there are snacks or some drinks in hotel rooms, they tend to be complementary these days, as a nice welcome gesture. This hotel is located in a quite remote area, far from any grocery store and I feel they take advantage of that. I can understand charging for the snacks, but charging extra high price for a bottle of water is crazy, especially for this price of the room. I strongly believe water bottles should be complementary. If you don’t enjoy drinking tap water, bring some water bottles with you to avoid insane prices. Again, even though it looks quite new, I feel like the way hotel is run is outdated.

We stayed one night on our way to ski trip. The host was very welcoming and nice - exactly what you want after a long drive. Overall check-in and out was very fast and smooth. The room was not very large, but was very cosy and very clean. Bed was also comfortable. Room had a small fridge with mini-bar. The breakfast was included and was very good - had hot and cold food options. In the morning we saw the view from the hotel - absolutely fab. I would definitely stay again.

the place is immaculate, lady in charge is friendly. breakfast was great, good for vegans as well.

The facility is beautiful and the rooms are very nice.
