The room had old wooden regional style furniture that was a little creaking. It also had a kind of musty air that was hard to get rid of (as we stayed only one night).

Convenient location in quiet area. Also close to public access to the lake. Good breakfast that could be also taken on sunny terase.

I booked a twin room early in the year for a business trip with my employee. When we arrived, we were given a double bed instead. I brought it up at reception, and while the receptionist was friendly, professional, and genuinely tried to help, I overheard the owner telling him that if I didn’t like it, I could find another hotel. Apparently, since I booked early at a lower rate, the owner preferred to give the twin rooms to guests who booked later and paid more. This was disappointing and unfair — the whole point of booking early was to secure a better price and peace of mind. Being offered to leave and find another hotel at the last minute was not a real solution. That said, the receptionist handled the situation as best he could, and I truly appreciated his attitude. The room was very clean, and the breakfast was excellent — fresh, varied, and well presented. It's a shame that poor decision-making from management overshadowed what could have been a great stay.

The curtains in my room were a little short, so there was a slight gap at the side letting sunlight through, other than that no complaints.

The personel was very friendly and willing to assist. The younger employee was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and up-to-date. Breakfast was simple, but tasty. I stayed for only one night because of my travels, but I definitely would stay here again.

Everything was OK.

Very nice hotel in a small town at the nice lake. Eveything in the hotel was OK for us. Very friendly staff at the reception, parking place just next to the building (although it seems that the number of places is limited, however we did not have any problems with availability). Very nice, big and tasty breakfast.

The room decor was not great and our bed made creaking sounds when you move but it was comfortable It was listed as an apartment but it had no facilities, fridge, cooker etc

It was extremely difficult to park the car. There is no table on the balcony. The shower in the room is very noisy. There was no working air conditioning, no remote control. At the end of September it was very hot to sleep, but due to mosquitoes it was not possible to open the window or doors. Couldn't sleep.

Room was clean, bed comfortable. The bathroom is good. The breakfast is excellent, everything you need and for every taste. Great view of nature from the balcony!

Not enough parking!!! We called to tell them that there was no parking space for us when we arrived but no one would do anything to help. They just told us to park down the street in the grocery store parking lot!

Bed was a little uncomfortable and room dry; even with the window open.

Breakfast was typical German/Austrian breakfast and very good. Location is within a ten minute walk to a small beach for swimming and sun bathing. There is also a children's playground and boat rental just as close.

The room furniture was very dated. The WiFi is unreliable. It cuts off every few minutes. The shower has no rainfall feature. One can only be mounted exactly in an horizontal position towards the shower door. Therefore, you are forced to hold the shower wand the entire time.

The location is nice. It is close to the lake, restaurants and grocery store.

House Andreea is a beautiful guesthouse with a charming rustic feel. From the upper floor you get a stunning view of the lake — absolutely breathtaking! The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and everything felt warm and welcoming. A lovely place to relax and enjoy Seeboden.

We did not feel welcome. Reception was not there when we arrived as we got there after 7pm. No reception after that time. Main door was open at night without a person in the reception and we saw it as unsafe. We didn't find a parking Infront of the house and had to park 5 mins away in a supermarket parking lot. Room could use an upgrade.. to shower we had to hold shower head and ceiling plaster seemed to be falling on to bed.

Breakfast was very good, beds were comfortable and room clean. Extra blankets were provided when needed.

The beds were too short to fully fit in them (for 185cm tall me, I had to sleep sideways and hang my legs out). The breakfast was really small with an unimpressive variety,

The hotel has about 10 free parking slots on the site (but some of them are limitted by length and reservation is not possible). We arrived very late and the owner let us the key at the front desk and we could check-in the next morning. Our room was clean and spacy.
