Very comfortable big rooms, everything here, what you wish, even service area with vending machines for drinks and snacks and I think also washing machines, nice reception and bar area. Was a positive surprise.

Everything was great! The staff is helpful and nice, everything was provided and explained thoroughly. The location was perfect, a 5 minute walk to the city centre. The bar served great drinks. The rooms are extremely clean and modern, we truly can’t find any complaints. A special props goes to the staff, it’s so rare to come across nice, polite and welcoming staff. All in all, 10/10

The room (not the apartment) could be bigger and a small fridge is missing. What can be a bit annoying is that the balcony of any room is accessible through the fire escape, because it is not private.

A very good Hotel, close to the city center, train station, bike rental. A few minutes walk to the Dolomitenbad. Clean modern room. Wi-fi is perfect. The bathroom is large, modern, clean. The breakfast selection is good. Maybe what I missed was the liver pate. The coffee machine is perfect. The staff is very nice. The whole hotel is cozy, modern and friendly. Beautiful view from the dining room.

At the check-in we were informed that the price we should pay is about 40 EUR higher than stated in booking confirmation. But eventually, we've paid according to confirmation and as was expected.

It's homely, stylish, comfortable, staff is exceptional. There is a beautiful clean and relaxing sauna area with view to the mountains. The breakfast has an amazing variety of food and drink. There is a cosy multifunctional lounge room.

Great breakfast with seasonal and local homemade dishes. Great staff, super friendly and helpful. Rooms very comfy and surprisingly big for a city hotel. Great view from the balcony, great bar menu. Great location -> 5mins walking to city center. Would stay there again anytime.

A lovely bar and lounge with superb mountain views. It's great at this price to have somewhere to sit and relax. Good bike storage. Staff are all well trained and want to make the guests happy. Aircon throughout and everything feels new and works well. Very good value for money

I booked two rooms with double beds via booking.com and once we arrived they charged me 25.00 extra for my child even though it was specifically booked for two adults and two children. I was too tired to get into that so we just paid it but it still does not make any sense since the rooms were exactly the same and while we paid more for one room we did not pay less for the other one - just because I had both little ones with me in my room - again they were the same exact size!

We loved this hotel. We stayed only one night night during our road trip but would have loved staying longer. Sophia and Sebastian are wonderful, very nice, knowledgeable and accommodating people. Ask for their winter special drink “Sex on the slope” - the best drink ever! The room was just perfect! Modern, super clean and finally AC!!! Breakfast was fantastic!!! I wish I could eat more.
