The possibility to get late and electronic check in

A little isolate. For resting it was very good, but dinner and finde something to eat was a little bit far.

Located in a wonderful area with a delightful view, I found the location easily, the staff was very friendly. Parking spaces available. Comfortable beds, spacious bathroom.

The fact that we only stayed one night, we were going to visit KTM and we couldn't stay longer to explore the area. Unfortunately, we stayed on a holiday and could not taste the dishes in the restaurant.

We have been returning for the last 6 years. A relaxing, beautiful area in the Austrian valleys with sights of the Alpes from your room (in clear weather). A family run place that Berhard and Danielle put their heart into, including their adorable children who love saying hello to the guests.

The house and rooms are kept extremely clean with all the facilities you need including hairdryer and a coffee machine in the room. Great showers too! The food in their restaurant is amazing and all prepared by the chef trained owner. Just watch as their rest days are Mon & Tue and there are no alternatives in the close vicinity.

We were pleasantly surprised by how lovely the property was. The room was very clean, with a very nice bathroom and all the cute little amenities like chocolate bars and the coffee machine! The owner Bernard was very kind and gave us a warm welcome. As we arrived pretty late he still made an effort to prepare some food for us and it was delicious :) It’s also a dog friendly place, which makes it even better. Definitely worth the money, wish we could’ve stayed longer!

This place is in a perfect Austrian Village. Postcard perfect. So much green, near a forest and infinite fields, perfect to just walk around for days. Loved every single moment. The room is great, has its own coffee machine with everything needed and a nice view from the balcony.

There is a problem with the shower door, need to fire your architect. Should be an easy fix, I don't know why you have not so far as it drags down the whole experience.

Stunning location with fantastic views. Very large and comfortable room with en-suite bathroom. Bar and kitchen. Host very welcoming. I was invited to sit with him and his friends, offered beer and food. He cooked me a delicious meal despite it being quite late.

A nice location in the nature.

The property was very well organised! We were travelling with a dog and he was very comfortable too! I am very grateful to the host who organised our dinner upon our arrival which was very late in the night, after the restaurant was closed, so we didn’t had to go to bed on a empty stomach. In the morning we had to leave very early and he kindly made us coffee too. We are coming back again soon! Thank you

The rooms are spacious, and there is a nice view from the balcony.

Unfortunately, there is a strong smell of cigarette smoke on entering the building. As a non smoker, this was not a nice welcome back to the apartment each day.

I was moved after one day to make room for other guests. My new room was full of dead and living insects (ladybugs). The breakfast was very simple and the same both mornings, with no warm meal (basically one type of meat and one type of cheese.
