Wellness retreat was in the property next door so you had to get there wearing swimming costumes and robes

Everything was fantastic.

We'd had a long challenging day of cycling and the hotel was like an oasis of warmth and rest. The staff were helpful and friendly. Our room was great, loved the robes and the view. We ate at the restaurant and were very happy we did that. The food was super, as was breakfast. Our bikes were stored securely. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Great hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Very family friendly. Lots to do with kids. Great ski are and fantastic indoor swimming pool (just across the road), which kids loved.

We had a wonderful stay! The breakfast was excellent with plenty of options, and the wellness tower was truly amazing – a perfect place to relax. The room was modern, clean, and newly furnished, making my stay very comfortable. Highly recommended!

Amazing place to stay, with sauna/pool possibilities next door - mind that you need to walk towards the other building. The mountain view from the open pool - is incredible. Some parts were still in renovation process, but it did not prevent the enjoyment. The hotel has a restaurant with very nice and affordable food.

The price is quite steep compare to previous years. I suppose the market changes however it's a 4 start hotel price range which I beleive it little bit too much for the property/service.

Good location , pity the kitchen closes relatively early in the eveing threfore if you arrrive late you can't eat, that is not convinient. I suggest to at least provide a limited selection such as tosties ot cutlets with some bread and soup.

The room seems outdated and lacks some nice details that you would expect for this value. For instance: there was a loose refill bottle of soap in the shower, instead of a soap pump. This looks quite cheap. The breakfast is really basic and below expectations for this value.

Spa is really nice and offers a wide range of sauna’s. Most of the staff is friendly! Enough parking spaces.

We got the newly delux remodeled room so we paid an extra $. The mattresses weren't good as the edges sank so we couldn't sleep together.

Spa was the hitting point. The balcony view was great too from our room. The rest was okay.

For the price that we paid for the hotel and the time of year nothing could have been better. All the facilities that we used were very good.

The hotel was really easy to find, parking was good, we got a warm welcome and our room was lovely and comfortable with a balcony ad amazing views. We had dinner in the hotel which was very good and breakfast was also good.
