How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

1. Parking garage entrance ramp is WAY TOO NARROW. I damaged the rims of my Tesla model Y every time when leaving the garage, despite trying my utmost to avoid it. The ramp is just way too narrow. 2. Bathroom is not up to standard any more with the old bathtub and white square tiles. 3. There is very little room in the room.

The only issue we had was the hot water went out for a few hours, but they had it fixed pretty swiftly. The car park is very small for the size of the hotel, so I image if you stayed during a very busy time it would be difficult to park, but it was not a problem for us.
The location in center of Graz is perfect for getting around, with tram and bus stops just across the road. Check in was nice and simple and the staff were all very helpful and friendly. The rooms are nice and clean, and the air con worked a treat (which was helpful since we stayed in the middle of a heatwave).

It's about a 20 minute drive to downtown

The room was small and not greatly decorated, the design is old fashioned. The breakfast was average, eggs overcooked, bacon undercooked. No gluten free options at all, bread is only below average quality. It is a little bit less in quality than other Best Western hotels I have been in.
It is a well located hotel if you want to walk in downtown. The staff was friendly, helpful and efficient. I cannot complain on the check in and check out, both went very smoothly.

Hard to parking, when we stop in front of the hotel put double signal and leave the luggage hotel reception and went to the card very fast in the moment someone came for give us Vehicle violation fines €25 So everyone need to carefully of this

A bit noisy of the traffic on the road outside if wanted to open the window. And would've wanted a bit better lighting in the room. But regardless I can highly recommend this hotel!

Heating in the bathroom would be good. Cleaning or changing towels on the second day is recommended.

Not so much bad things about the hotel, exept the edge of the window curtain was dismounted in my room and it could be a bit more clean because the hole city of Graz is perfectly clean and nice looking.
Location is close to the center even by foot, good breakfast, rooms are ok and clean, you can be lucky to get a Parking spot in the hotel back yard and if not, there are a lot of free spots outside or payed garages choice near the hotel. Reception is working 24h.

The hotel has its small garage, and does not guarantee availability in advance. However, upon arrival, the garage was half empty. I believe it would have been helpful and reassuring if I had been informed earlier that there was space available – especially since I had contacted the hotel the day before asking for the exact street entrance to the garage.
The staff were extremely kind and helpful throughout my visit, and the breakfast was excellent – with a good variety and fresh options. The room and bathroom were both modern, clean, and comfortable.

Breakfast was good, lots to choose from. Excellent staff. Location was really good, about a 15 min walk to the city center. - The only negative thing was that the room was not cleaned, despite the ‚clean my room sign‘ on the door. However the staff at the reception were very helpful und handed over free drink vouchers as compensation. Otherwise everything was good.
