There is not too much to do for kids, pool is very small and not too attractive, no playroom for kids, no outdoors for kids to run around.

Our family enjoyed a delightful stay in the spacious two-bedroom apartment at Grafenberg Resort. It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable, with our children enjoying the indoor pool while we savored the varied breakfast buffet and appreciated the warm, attentive service from the Alpeffect team. This resort truly exceeded all our expectations.

We arrived in the hottest week of the year and the fact that there was AC was bit uncomfortable and irritating.

the lowest parking place is a bit tight.

the location is great, 3 minutes walking from the Grafenberg funicular and 7 minutes walking from the therme. the suite itself was very clean and comfortable, the sleeping rooms were big. although the hotel was full we found parking (although the lower parking area is a bit tight) the meals were tasty and rich and we really loved that we got paper packages to take sandwiches for the rest of the day.

The staff could be a bit friendlier and more service-minded. The playroom was quite filthy and a lot of stuff broken or out of work.

Great location for a family with kids - a few minutes walk to the cable car. Great pool area. Fantastic views from the apartment. Apartments very spacious and well equipped.

Very comfortable accommodation for a family. It's basically 3kk apartment with 2 bathrooms so even a bigger family could fit and still feel comfortable. The all-inclusive option was perfect for us since we could pack lunch sandwiches with us on daily trips. That was appreciated. The staff was very friendly, especially with our kid, we felt very welcome as a family. Because of that I wouldn't recommend this stay for couples without children, who expect some kind of romantic getaway. Perfect location for winter and summer vacations. Definitely not our last time :)

The rooms aren't super new, so there are "hotel-like" carpets which I don't like, and there is no air conditioning which is not great with the global warming (it was HOT during the day. okay in the evening, but we couldn't keep the windows open because people outside smoke all the time)

Rooms are really large, we also had a cute little balcony which is great. we are a family of 5 we had to "semi rooms" and a large common rooms. each semi room had a big double bed and a small bed besides it. The hotel is just 3 minutes walk from the lifts to the mountain, and around 5 from the water park (but long 5 minutes, it is really uphill :)) we ended up not using the car at all until we left the place. Breakfast is good, and they also allow you to take food with you for the day which is something I have never seen in a hotel(!!!) that by itself is worth a 10. the pool is nice but not super warm

My shock started on the very first day when I received my room. The view from my room was directly facing a stone wall, with no sight of nature or mountains at all. The next morning at 8:30, while I was in the room preparing my children to go down for breakfast, I suddenly saw a cleaning lady inside our room without even knocking on the door. She insisted that we leave immediately because she wanted to clean the room at that moment. We told her we would be leaving in 10 minutes, but she refused. We got upset, went to the reception, explained what happened, and all they did was apologize. Later, when we came back, we found that the room had not been cleaned and the hotel staff simply ignored the matter. Sleeping in the room was also very uncomfortable because there was no air conditioning, and the small mosquitoes coming from the bathroom filled the apartment. Both my children and I woke up with bites and red spots on our faces because of this. In addition, we were not given any discount card or vouchers for nearby activities, so I had to pay for everything in full by myself. To sum it up, I do not recommend this hotel at all. Every day I just wished my holiday would end because of the hotel. Booking.com gave me misleading reviews and ratings for this place, and I returned from my vacation truly disappointed.

I want to be honest: I did not expect the hotel to be like this. Before coming, I read the reviews of other tourists on Booking and saw that they praised the hotel, but this time I learned not to rely only on other people’s reviews. • Room: Our accommodation was a two-room unit with an acceptable size. The kitchen had all the necessary cooking utensils, but there was no dish soap or kitchen towel provided. • Breakfast: It was good, but there was no variety. Every day it was the same food without any change, which made me bored to the point that I eventually stopped going down for breakfast. • Positive points: I liked that they provided a corner where guests could prepare sandwiches to take with them for the day. The location is also nice, as there is a cable car, bicycles, and hiking trails in the nearby nature.
