We spent not enough long time there.

That is a profeesional idea to operate wihtout personal staff. It 's easy to get inside. There was spacious and clean rooms and the hotel has modern furnishing .

- We booked for 6 people, and entering the same information over and over again is annoying. It could be simplified

- Checking without receptionist. Everything is done through a screen and a terminal (so only card payment is possible) - Quiet location with enough parking spaces - Nice view

Good location with one side train stop and other side boat stop. With a close restaurant minutes walk. Couple of stuff though that I didn’t like. The other single bed in the room was covered like telling me not to use. I book double rooms (with double bed or 2 single beds) so I can have bigger space to sleep not to avoid touching one of the beds especially that it was unprepared nor had a pillow! Second when I called the reception, yes he answered right away thankfully since I couldn’t get into the premises, he heard some other guests beside me waiting by the door to do their online check in and asked me with an investigative tone who are these people and if I am alone (since I book for one person just me)! Like that’s not the moment to be suspicious keeping me in the cold outside the door!

Not having a lined rubbish bin in the room.

Lots of smart tech, but everything worked. After checking in, we got a code which could be used to access the front door and our room. The bathroom was very nice. Loved having an enclosed bicycle shed with charging sockets, as we hired bikes. We were really glad we did, as we got to see way more than just relying on trains, ferries or a car.

The location is incredible! The building is obviously quite new and it’s immaculate. Room was lovely, well equipped and comfortable.

Missing amenities and I had to rent 2 rooms for 2 adults 2 children , was crazy

The view was great and the room was good enough, it needs a lift because i had 2 big suitcases hard to carry to the first and second floor

The EV Charger that was advertised did not work, no staff around to help and the number for "help" replied at 1 am with wrongful info. Dont plan on charging here, otherwise a great stay.

Self checkin system is interesting solution, and I like the idea, but it has some minor flaws that should be fixed: I put all data in online check-in form, but had to specify some additional data (like nationality) on the Check-in machine before entrance. Also, pin code digits printed on a receipt are not normally readable - 6 and 8 are looking similar. Actually, its quite annoying to enter the pin code each time to get the room - I would suggest to provide some chips to unlock the room (you can place it in a room).

Nice new hotel with self-checkin and shared kitchen. Location is good enough if you are travelling by car. Good for one night.

The location is great — a beautiful area and close to Hallstatt. Everything was clean and comfortable. The hotel operates without staff, but that wasn’t a problem at all. Everything was well organized and easy to use. Overall, I liked everything!

I would say there is no cons here. Sure, it's not a hallstatt and there are not a lot of supermarkets nearby, as well as restaurant. But anyway if you have a car you can ride for 10-20 mins and find whatever you need.

That's a fantastic place next to Hallstatt. If you travel by car, it's an option for you. Everything is contactless; you can check the availability even on-site through the special box. We stayed in a room with a terrace, which offered a stunning lake view. The room is not so big but it's more than enough for several nights. It's just 10 mins ride to Hallstatt so we were travelling by car there.

The building is obviously very new and everything was spotless. There is no staff on site but everything was very smooth and they were responsive via the booking.com messaging system. The position is lovely, especially as we were travelling by train, and this was much cheaper than anything in Hallstatt. I'd definitely stay here again

The electric car charger did work, we couldn’t find the “nummer der ladestarion”.

Practical check in, the room was nice and comfortable, and there is free parking in the premises, which is convenient.

Nice hotel with fresh renovation, there is no personal, on-line panel to pay for the hotel and get access to the room work perfectly. The only problem (not to hotel but to infrastructure) that from this place there is no road to Hallstatt for pedestrian, only car road...

Very nice property, well taken care of. It looked like it could have been built a couple of months ago! Very clean and fresh room. Very warm as well. Nice lake view from our balcony. Easy and comfortable parking in front of the hotel. Delicious food in the restaurant just on the opposite side of the bridge crossing the river next to the hotel (I cannot recall its name). We would highly recommend it!

We got a room with balcony and it was a topclass. The rooms were clean with all the amenities. This place is located below the mountain and near the lake. it has a train station near by and Bus connection for every hour. Definitely recommend the place.
