We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

LatviaI came to Bad Gastein alone, to snowboard for a week, so my key needs were- Location(Close to ski lift, close to public transport), price(No one to split the bill with) and my needs were met completely. This place is Right next to both train station and buss stations, RIGHT NEXT to them, but very quiet and the Stubnerkogel ski lift is right across the street. My room was cleaned every day, i was met at breakfast with a smile every morning, it was super warm, the bed was large and comfortable, modern TV with netflix, parking space right at the door(If you go by car), the room was spacious for one person and quite enough for 2. The hostess was very kind and ready to help with anything. Flexible check-in/check-out.(For late arrivals, early breakfast). Highly recommend for 1-2 people going on a ski trip.

SloveniaEdith and Silvia are lovely hosts, very hospitable, making you feel like at home. One get a family feel once you walk through the door. We could leave our bags already in the morning, before the check-in, and could also store them after the check-out, during the day of our departure. We got breakfast when we arrived in the morning even though it wasn't included in our stay, this was super nice! Breakfast is great. The buffet provides a variety of options. Freshly boiled eggs are also served! Best location in Bad Gastein, just opposite the cable car and the train station. Super convenient.

Romania- Bad attitude of the lady from the kitchen who asked us if we wanted boiled eggs (it didn't seem like there was any other option) and brought us each one egg (we wanted two). - The second inappropriate attitude of the lady from the kitchen was when we left the keys at 9:00 (check out is at 10:00) and I asked if it was okay to leave the car for another 30 minutes. She refused and said and wrote to me (she doesn't know English) that only until 9:20. The parking space was empty :) - At check in there was no one at the reception to welcome us and door was closed. - Old towels.
Very good location, even if it in center the rooms have the balcony to a very quiet, green and beautiful area, the garden is beautiful, you can have a parking space if you need and ask, the room was spacious, the bed was large and comfortable. We received recommendations from the owner regarding restaurants, area etc.
