A single waitress was borderline rude and quite unpleasant, never once smiled or acknowledged me. I felt uncomfortable whenever she was on duty.

Almost all staff, with one exception were thoroughly pleasant.

Everything was perfect. Very good breakfasts and dinners. Room was clear and functional. It matched all our needs. Spa area has variant zones, we could rest there after a long day skiing. The lift is in literally 3 minutes walking from the hotel. Hotel's stuff was extremely friendly and responsible.

It was all good

For me and my son it was a perfect ski holiday. The Hotel was exactly what we hoped for. Friendly staff and everyone was very helpful. The Check In and Check Out was easy. Our room was of a good size with a nice balcony and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the nice swimming and wellness Area after a day of skiing. The food was really good and to use the words of my son:" The best I had in a Hotel." Also the location is a super big plus of this Hotel. It is right there next to the Gondola. It has a parking garage and since you are so close to the ski area you can keep the car there the entire time of your holidays.

Everything was fine, it was just too hot. It was impossible to sleep at night. We had to have the balcony door open.

Sleep comfort was not great but I do think that's a subjective thing. The bed mattress is very firm/hard. I have a soft one at home, so it was not great for my sleep, personally. I used a second duvet as a make shift mattress cover. Loved the carpets, they were great to muffle sound from people walking around in the corridors. However the sound travels very well from surrounding rooms, so bring your ear plugs if you are a ligth sleeper. Location was amazing, just make sure you research well for transfer if you fly in from Innsbruck, some options were very pricey when I looked things up.

Loved the people who/staff, all very kind and helpful. I misplaced an item and they were so kind to return it. The front desk employee was so experienced, helpful and knowledgeable. The spa area was so lovely, the view from the pool on the mountains was so nice, sauna area was perfect. And massage also great. I enjoyed the half board - good selection of various meals. I will be back!

The location is absolutely great, the family approach to guests is very pleasant, relaxation in the form of a pool, sauna and more after skiing or hiking is also excellent and the food is excellent.
