Czech RepublicI was absolutely schocked with a baby cot…We paid extra for a cot and they prepared the cheapest regular fare for us!!! This type of a cot costs the same price if you buy a new one….horibble. I wouldn't expect this at a hotel like this. Even in cheaper types of accommodation we had better quality cot or at least we had it for free.
The breakfasts were excellent. Nice place, 5 min walk to the center. It was very clean, we have a small fridge, good equipment for preapering small brunch, with a 2,5 child I appreciate that.

United KingdomThe ski shuttle service to and back was only to one location. Other ski lifts had to be reached by your own means. Half board dinner was rather basic, though the amount of food was good. Main dining area accommodated all guests (half board and not) Noise levels in the restaurant area sometimes were getting to high for the quiet meal.

Very elegant design , the view from the rooms was truly great and at very close distance to the ski lifts! Staff at the bar and restaurant worked their best to accommodate our needs.

Salad bar for dinner, very poor, which is a shame, otherwise the dinners would be impeccable. The buffet for breakfast was much better. The staff was friendly but lacked the feeling that they cared about the guests. A steam sauna wouldn't hurt. wellness open only from 1:00 p.m.

We were a family of 4, and the apartment for our stay with breakfast included. Not only was it spacious and comfortable but what stood out was the little touches that made it a very relaxing stay. The staff couldn't be more helpful, the parking and facilities were excellent and the sauna a perfect touch. We even had to leave very early on the last morning, missing breakfast, and the hotel was more than happy to provide a packed breakfast for us for our journey.

CroatiaNot a big minus, but worth mentioning. There is no bike storage room, so you need to leave your bikes in the garage next to your car. However it's locked and under video surveillance so it was ok.
The hotel is modern and lovely. Our room was really nice and big, with a large terrace. There is even a small kitchen in the room, with a fridge and Nespresso machine and capsules which was convenient. After a full day of biking, in the afternoon we relaxed at the pool and sauna. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of choice. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. We will definitely stay here again.

Czech RepublicThere was a dead mosquito on our bedstead and dead ant is our sheets. Breakfast could have better variety e.g. there was no baked muesli and there was just one juice available and you needed to make it by yourself by peeling orange and then using pressing machine. Driving to lower garage floor can be quite difficult and from marks on the wall it seemed some people struggled with it previously.
The hotel is really well designed and rooms are spacious and comfortable with everything you could need. It is really useful that you can park in the garage (esp. in winter). Dinner was delicious. Welness area is very nice with one outdoor sauna (swimsuit) and two indoor saunas (no swimsuit) and heated outdoor pool - alright for swimming if not full. There is also plenty of places to relax and enjoy tea/water.

Room Superior Doppelzimmer is a good choice for two adults and one child - kitchen corner, comfortable third bed, bath and shower, toilet separately. Our room had nice view. Good breakfast. HungaryDifficult to park in the garage with the bikes on, since there is no separate bike storage room. The bed was too soft. The restaurant offers only fine dining food. It opened at 8 o’clock p.m.
The view was fantastic, the room was clean and well equipped, the pool was heated. The breakfast was delicious.

Czech RepublicSome crazy things from my "better hotels experience": Actually NO heating. You come muddy from trail/hike with children and there is not even a heated ladder in bathroom or everythere in the whole hotel. When it rains 2 days in row the golden cuttlery doesnt work for you with your wet pants :) Not really children friendly - no place outside or inside for children. Confusing checkin - you make it online and then again offline there. You want to decide for a dinner at the hotel but its not possible when you didnt book it at Booking (even if it was not possible there while Booking charged fullprice for 2 y.o.child). And then the receptionist look at you like as you have never visited any hotel whatsoever. Iam sure they will fix it

Additionally, I believe that receptionist was not very friendly, possibly because German and English are not our first languages.… Definitely, she was nicer to other German-speaking couples.…
It was a fantastic place to stay. Our room/suite had everything you need, and even more - a sauna! Everything was impeccably clean, the spa was open until 10pm, and the breakfast was incredibly delicious!

The location of the hotel was well placed, with great views of the surround alps/mountains. The room facilities were great, with lots of storage and a small balcony to relax on. The spa facilities were great, with two saunas and a indoor lounge area, great for relaxing after a day of skiing. The staff were friendly and the restaurant and breakfast were of high quality.
