How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The windows are quite small, and even though it was cool outside, the room felt very hot. Since there is no air conditioning, I had an uncomfortable night’s sleep because of that.
The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk from Kufstein city center. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help with any request. Free parking near the hotel is also a big plus.

Amazing staff, very helpful. Very convenient parking at the hotel, with places outside, as well as in the internal garage. Comfortable, sparkling clean room. Located in the city centre and still very quiet at night. Great value for money in Kufstein!

The location is perfect, right outside of the Kufstein train station. The breakfast was excellent, very fresh. The room was clean and comfortable. Kufsteinlandkarte were sent in advance which was convenient for us.

Limited parking spaces, and our car with a roof box couldn’t fit in the hotel’s garage. However, the hotel provided free parking in another garage in the city.
Strategically located right by the train station and close to the highway. The hotel is old, but the rooms are renovated and fresh. Good breakfast.

The breakfast was good but a little limited.
The lady on reception when we booked in was extremely helpful , friendly and welcoming. I had a problem with the bed and she fixed it quickly and efficiently. The hotel was very well situated for the train, sightseeing and eating places.

Great location for using rail service, just across the road from Kufstein Bahnhof and also close to centre. Good breakfast with plenty choice. Room was comfortable with all that we needed - this was our second stay in this hotel.

There are few parking spots reserved for the hotel on the street, and a they have a few more at the hotel garage. The beds were hard, pillows were terrible. Tv in the room was as small as a computer display.
Breakfast was simple but ok. Staff was friendly. Despite of being right in front of the train station one couldn't hear any noise from it. The bus that can be taken to the ski area stoped tight in front at the hotel, very practical. We stayed in a three bedroom, one was a double, as it was spacious enough.

Only downside was that the room was very light at night so bring a sleeping mask.
Characterful comfortable hotel, extremely convenient location for people using Kufstein station. Ideal place for us to stay the night on the way from Italy to Paris on the Brenner route. The town itself is so close and well worth seeing.

I had a room facing the main road and train station, it's very noise, can hear people pulling their luggages walking chasing for buses and rushing to catch a train etc. It would be good to have a room that is not facing the main road.
Good location closed to Kufstein Train station, and also within walking distance to the Fortress castle. Surrounding the hotel there are many restaurants and cafe. The room is renovated and clean and new.

The staff was really friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, just across the river from the city centre. The room was clean and comfortable with a lot of storage space. The room was newly refurbished. They have a storage for your bike as well.
