NorwayWe had to wait alot in the restaurant when we had dinner - and the wine was forgotten, however the food was tasty. The sting flies in the pool area scared our our youngest boy.
Warm welcome and great service in general, we were given a card to use on local activities - many for free! We could choose rooms upon arrival after looking at the 2 different options they had. Good WiFi and breakfast. Nice view and big rooms. Great facilities; pool, sauna, pool table....

Amazing place! We got a Huuuuugggeee room, with super comfy beds, a seating area, desk, balcony right on the stream, and a very nice toilet room and bathroom. Breakfast was excellent, and the staff a re very kind. It's not a the center of Kaprun where it can be a little crowded, but close enough so it's less then a 5 minute walk. The pools are great, and the sauna was awesome.

United KingdomI loved this family run hotel. All of the staff were helpful and attentive and the food was amazing. Great location ideal for the 2 main ski lifts with buses stopping literally outside. The sauna and swimming pool were also great to have to relax in the afternoon. Thank you to all the staff.

Great people working in this hotel! Nice quiet place near the wild river, not in the centre, but close enough to the ski lifts (short drive) + ski bus stop in the front of the hotel. Plenty of free parking spots. We lived in the Family room - spacious 2-rooms for 4 people, with a dining area. Nice old-fashioned wooden interiors, it is very warm inside, good sound proofing between rooms. Small and clean spa area with 3x saunas + open air heated pool outside! Very good restaurant on site (breakfast buffet&dinner ala carte), with real Austrian home cuisine - highly recommended! Special thanks to Marek!

SlovakiaNot much. Some rooms may benefit from upgrade, but even those older rooms (like the one we stayed in) are really fine. May be pillows could be a bit more comfortable.
Stayed for 5 nights including the New Year’s Eve. Probably one of the best options in Kaprun. Very good location between two lifts. Rooms are comfy, good sound insulation. Hotel has on-sight spa facilities, incl. sauna, a steam bath and an outdoor heated pool. Breakfasts were included in the room price, simple but good quality. We also purchased optional dinners and these were very good. Huge portions, home kitchen quality, exceptional choice of dishes. Special thanks goes to owners and staff of this family run hotel, we felt like we were visiting our family or our old friends, although we were here the first time.
