I am traveling with my motorcycle, i mostly care about clean and location. The room I got was very simple and which is perfect for me. Breakfast was included and was good and so the restaurant for dinner. They also offered covered parking for the motorcycle.

Great original 'pub' in the middle of Imst. Perfect for a group of Aussie bikers for an overnight stay. Cold beer, lovely biergarten.

Twin share = 2 mattresses/single bedding on a 1 queen base, with no ability to separate.🤨 Not so good for 2 Aussie blokes... Have get a 'triple' room to get beds apart (1 queen, 1 single).

The hotel was a beautiful old building, and well maintained. The room was clean and the bathroom seemed quite new. The food in the attached restaurant was good, and the staff friendly. The hotel is very close to the Tourist information centre, and opposite the start of the walk along the beautiful Rosengartenschlucht (gorge). My favourite activity was to take the cable car from Hoch Imst all the way to the top and then hike to the Muttekopfhutte for lunch. If you don't fancy a hike there's a great viewing platform just a little way into the walk.

This is no criticism of the hotel, but I found Imst a strange town to travel through, It has no supermarkets in the town itself - they are on the outskirts, which is fine if you have a car, but I didn't. Also there were no bakeries or anywhere to buy a roll or sandwich to take on a walk. So it was difficult to prepare myself with snacks and a few other things I needed whilst travelling.
