The location next to Berglift is fantastic. Felt like an hotel more than a B&B. The restaurant had very nice food, we even got a bag each of breakfast due to we left early. Very nice bag with surprises.

A litle update to room bathrooms, ventilation, bigger shower cabins...etc Otherwise good.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly polite and friendly. The breakfast is just great! The restaurant offered a fantastic selection of dishes, all of which were delicious. Our room was spotlessly clean. Overall, the hospitality was top-notch, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay. Very close to ski lift (Gondola) just acrros the street and you can ski In the hotel.

Cannot recommend this property highly enough: the rooms were beautifully appointed with soft cosy linens, comfortable beds and balconies overlooking the snowy hills; the bathrooms were gorgeous; the restaurant downstairs served delicious Austrian cuisine; and the staff were all so friendly and helpful with local recommendations. If you want to ski, the lift is literally over the road and the ski hire place is directly downstairs with space for guests to leave ski gear overnight. Anna and her team did everything possible to make our Christmas holiday in Bad Hofgastein perfect, including leaving us Christmas presents in our room on Christmas Eve, much to our children’s delight… will definitely stay here again!

Everything was great, but as an improvement the entrance to the b&b area could have a more visible sign.

The family that manages the B&B is absolutely lovely and offered the best service even in adverse situations (we have stayed at the B&B during a flood and they were ready to help us in any way for our trip to continue as smoothly as possible). Excellent breakfast and restaurant food almost plastic free! Good also for those who cycle tour as there is a storage with power for the electric bikes.

The hotel was great! The rooms are cosy and extremely clean, they are cleaned every day! The cleaning ladies would always ask if there is any need for extra towels or any other things. The hotel itself and the restaurant are also very clean. The variety of food for breakfast was also very nice because as a vegetarian I had many options to chose from. I loved the local cheese and variety of bread a lot. Children could also pick their favorite cereal and many dried or fresh fruits. We ate dinners at the hotel restaurant and the quality was very good. The waiters were helpful and professional. We were surprised by Christmas gifts from the hotel owners :-) Children received something special too :-) We were able to ski down to the hotel which is also great. There were many guests with dogs which means the place is extremely friendly ;-) I strongly recommend this place, we hope to come back!

4 out of 7 nights the music and noise from loud drunks downstairs until late - way after 11pm and until 2.30am on one occasion. Noise from moving furniture every morning at 6am. I appreciate there's an apres ski bar downstairs but need better sound proofing. Drunks in restaurant could be dealt with a bit quicker. Breakfast staff were not very friendly or approachable - maybe they were having a bad week. Ski room is not accessible from inside and need to always have heavy key with you to (un)lock. Whilst the property is ski in, you can't ski out. You need to walk to lift via underground walkway which involves a flight of steps in ski boots. Rooms very dark due to the decor - just a question of taste.

Comfortable beds. Wait staff in the evenings were very competent and friendly. Good breakfast and restaurant for evening meals. Spacious room. Plenty of hot water. Clean.
