Great for family vacationThanks for a wonderful holiday. The staff is amazing—friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, and any issues are resolved quickly. The breakfast is very good, and the dinner options are sufficient from the menu. Excellent location with a beautiful view from the window. Close to the ski lifts and thermal baths.

Nice location and kind staff. The room was lovely and we had a view of the mountains and a shared balcony.

An improvement would be to have a secure place to lock ski kit.

The hotel is very good located, walking distance to both therme and the Kaiserburg lift. Ski-bus stop is like 2 min walk. Very friendly reception. Good coffee for breakfast. Rooms are nice- old style wooden set-up, very cozy. There's a little play area for kids, a bit of toys and table games.

    1. Very poor food: breakfast very basic (one type of bread, cheese and ham, yogurt), no veggies at all. Dinner (we paid for halfboard) was a joke- there are 2 menues, for the walk-in guests of the restaurant, and separate for the hotel guests. The one for hotel guests is mostly from frozen food (pizza or cevapcici) or pasta and schnitzel. At the same moment the walk-in guests order normal cooked food, like chicken or fish. It was our first experience of such souble standard. 2. The restaurant stuff, namely one guy talking italian, has been outstandingly impolite to the hotel guests and the new waiter (unexperinced). For example, if the waiter has been taking order from us, he shouted at him to immediately go to the table of the walk-in guests, as they are priority. It was very confusing. Would never return to that pension again. 3. There was no room cleaning. Within the 7 days we stayed, 2 times they took out garbage and gave once fresh towels. The floors, the bathroom were not cleaned at all in the whole week. 4. in the Booking the pension claims to have kids buffet, it's not true. 5. There's no storage room for skis, it's pretty important to know while coming there for skiing. The drying hangers for boots are not heating, so boots stay wet.

    Property response:

    1. Each facility offers its own breakfast style, most offer the same range of prepared packages from wholesale stores, I decided to offer a little more Mediterranean, i.e. excellent instant grounded coffee from Triest, daily fresh baked baguettes, daily freshly cutted quality prosciutto from Montevecchio, Calabrian Spianata,.. I always monitor breakfasts and always add or remove what I see that guests do not eat, so I no longer offer fresh and pickled vegetables for breakfast. But I have everything in stock in the kitchen and I am happy to meet the guest's request if asked. What exactly bothered you about the double menu? For Pension guests, a menu with 17 different dishes is available, including soup and salad, which is 20€ in the room price, if you take the most expensive dishes you would pay 30.90€ as an outsider. Cevapcici, pasta and schnitzel are not frozen, I get meat delivered twice a week. The menu also includes turkey steak, Mediterranean vegetables and other dishes. Wth does mean: outside guests can order normally cooked dishes? So I cook abnormally for Pension guests? So according to your logic, as a pension guest who pays 20€ for the whole menu, I should offer you an a la carte beef fillet with truffles, soup and salad for 20€?? I hope you meant that sarcastically.. 2. The Italian waiter was legally dismissed as soon as I could, or rather when the first guests officially complained, unfortunately due to the law I couldn't dismiss him earlier. If you had come to me and told me the matter right away, it would have made these few days easier for me and you. Unfortunately, we live in an era where employee issues are serious. 3. I don't know if you noticed that you were my guests in the highest peak of the season, when literally all the rooms and all the extra beds were occupied, i.e. full house! The stairs and corridors are cleaned twice a day and more often if necessary. Unfortunately, with such a large number of guests, it seems that it is always dirty, especially in winter, when a large amount of stones and salt is carried into the building from the road. Regarding the cleaning of the rooms in a 3-star Pension, it is customary that the room is cleaned every two days, towels and bed linen are changed on request or for an additional fee. So far, I have not charged anyone, I always give free of charge when someone asks me for clean towels or bed linen. You did not tell me anything about the bed linen, despite the fact that we saw each other every morning at breakfast, then I automatically changed the towels on the 4th day. 4. Booking is constantly adding and removing options, for example they added the children's buffet option and activated it automatically, thank you for letting me know (unfortunately via a bad review) so I fixed the issue and removed it. 5. As I told you(or to your man) at check-in, the strong wind on 25.12. damaged part of the roof of the house and part of the ski room. Therefore, for safety reasons, I decided not to make the ski room available to customers at the moment. So the skis were left on the wall next to the ski heater inside the Guesthaus. The boots heater works, you just have to place them on the heater correctly. 6. Finally, I would like to mention that it might be better to next time opt for a 5-star hotel, where everything will be tipi-topi, except that the price you booked with me for the entire family will be there charged per person. Otherwise, writing so much after the holiday doesn't really help, ''a nice word finds a nice solution'', if you had told me things in time, I would surely be happy to make your vacation more pleasant! Wish you all the best! Sincerely, Aleks

Very nice pension with very nice staff. Nearly the ski slope (7 min. walk), or ski bus (one stop). The food was delicious and the desserts perfect :-)
