Limited parking places to number of guest, it was difficult to find places. Floor in room was a bit sloppy, and it made noise while we walked on. Our head of bed was near next room’s bathroom and we hear when someone used it at dawn.

Breakfast was fantastic-great choice, good quality. Lovely view.

A great family run traditional guest house just a quick bus ride from the city centre. A good breakfast and farmhouse meals Thurs - Sunday. Quiet and for the solo traveller a real gem.

I was unfortunate to be places next to two rooms with kids and no parents. And there was no staff around after 9pm to help with all the noise so I didn’t sleep much during my two night stay.

Good location to reach both the mountains and the city

The WIFI wasn’t secure, so I didn’t use it. Also I was asked to leave the patio area because I brought my own drink. It’s not like I was some bum off the street. I was already paying to be there.

Great views, and pretty easy to get into town by bus. Never had to use the guest pass they provided, and never saw anyone using the voucher/payment machines on the buses.

Hotel is located on top of a very steep and winding road. It is a little further away from town than I thought. Decoration in room is really old fashioned. The restaurant was closed and there were no other places to get food nearby (10 minutes by car or 20 minute bus ride back into town).

Really friendly gentlemen works in reception. The breakfast was excellent! Bus from city center stops a short hike from hotel.

Would have preferred to have a kettle, cup and some teabags instead of a TV. My room light went black after I checked in, didn’t have the time to fuss about it so I just used my bedside light.

too bad they don't have a receptionist who would speak English. i did manage the booking. it's just that maybe some people don't even know the 10 German words that I do.

good hygiene, pretty interiors. and the owner is really nice and knows how to communicate with foreigners. the building was easy to move around in without getting lost. i loved the view from the balcony.

Lack of elevator can be a challenge to some. Quite dated bathroom, very small in size and not very functional. Family run property; the two people we met were efficient but not very hospitable. Long faces, lack of eye contact, abrupt and monosillabic answers made us feel like we were bothering them, or like they were doing us a favor to host us there. One smile would have saved the day.

Nice location, just outside the city of Innsbruck with easy public bus connection. Nice terrace to have a drink and rest after a day of sightseeing. In house restaurant with good earthy food and efficient service. Simple but good breakfast.

It would have been useful to be offered more information at check-in. I felt a bit like I had to chase the receptionist to ask for information. However he did give me some useful tips. Otherwise the staff was nice. The bus stop it is a 3-5 minute walk uphill. This may not be much but problematic if you have mobility restrictions or a lot of baggage. There is no lift. The breakfast is ok but I couldn’t eat much because there was no gluten-free option. However the hot chocolate is nice. Hairdryer was missing. For 140 Euro a night I think this should have been provided.

Beautiful nature, friendly place to stay. Free travel within Innsbruck. I liked the walk through the forest to town. Rooms were ok.

No lift, crooked steps to climb with suitcases, no a/c for summer - at least a ceiling or a table fan would have been helpful. And, the bathrooms are too small

I was in Innsbruck for a conference which meant that I didn’t spend a lot of time at the property. I didn’t mind that the furniture is not modern or anything, but something broke of in my shower which made me feel like the place is a bit run down and hasn’t been renovated in a while. What bothered me the most though was that the internet wasn’t working properly. Also, there is no lift and no one to help you carry up your (heavy) suitcase.

It’s a really cute place, comfy, and it seems like it is run by a family. I liked that the bus to the hotel ran every 10 minutes (Monday-Friday) and that they are offering 1 bed rooms!
