How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

I like the accommodation. Owners were so kind and helpful. Room was big enough, pretty clean. Bathroom and toilet have heated floors. Parking was possible in front of or close to the guesthouse. There was a dedicated room where to put ski equipment to let it dry during the night. Breakfast was paid extra but was worth it.

Nothing to complain
Place was a way better than I expected. I was on motorcycle road trip and I can say that this was maybe the best place I spent the night on my whole journey. Owner met me in the front of the hotel and offered garage to my bike and I'm very grateful for that. I highly recommend this place to everyone. Very satisfied with everything.

We enjoyed the stay. Parking was free and across the street. The room was comfortable and large. The windows open fully. The staff was welcoming and kind.

I cannot think of point to improve, it also comes down to expectation level, do not look for swimming pool and or jacuzzi; it is not there. a fried egg in the morning, but i am sure if i had asked (I never did) because breakfast was perfect as it was. (with a boild egg) , it would have been prepared especially how you ask.
the owners of the hotel run "Pension" where the make you feel at home, really try to understand what is you want from them, then try they to provide the requested within what is reasonable to be expected. on top of that; It is a wonderfully traditional, non-pretencious authentic Austrian Pension feeling, where they make you feel at home. On arrival the reception is like a warm blanked of welcomness It is clear what they offer, and this is perfectly in line with the price; if I look at price /quality,and Price/product& service comparison, you really get quality, good room everything clean and service level that is well over what I expected. So what did I like: the above, and in the evening after return to hotel, the reception and admosfere of a causy living roo feeling where we all (that wanted) discussed the adventures of the day.

Very friendly and welcoming hosts. The check-in possible until 22h is very nice when you come from far away, and the room was big and confortable.

Everything was OK. Highly recommend this accommodation.
The people in the pension are really nice. We stayed there only for one night but we will have to try it for longer time. A breakfast was very good and for our kids there were prepared the places with small forks and knives. The room was comfortable and there was everything what we need. We were very satisfied and surprised how nice it is. Originally we wanted to split our long journey (for kids) from the Czech Republic but we found a place to visit it more.

room was nice, cannot wish for more. I liked the mattress and blanket. Bathroom was spacious, m modern and perfectly clean. Breakfast was perfect, all there what one needs. Parking available.

Everything great. Good and quiet location, near by lots of ski areals. Accomodation is perfect, owned by couple, who run they pension by heart. Definitely recomended, good price, great bufet breakfests.

It’s a small thing, but I missed shower gel in the shower.
Clean, safe, free parking, nice hosts, spacious and comfortable room with one bed, adjustable and efficient heating system. Complimentary glass of sparing wine for the New Year’s evening.
