Czech RepublicThe only discomfort (although this isn’t a problem of the hotel, but a city/place) is the morning tolling of bells and the crowing of a rooster, which won’t let you sleep much (but if you’re up early for skiing, it doesn’t matter:)
We haven’t experienced such pleasant staff in a long time. Fantastic breakfast, wellness center, and pool. The welcome drink and the departure gift were the cherry on the cake.

Once again an amazing stay at this boutique hotel which is right by the ski sloops. Staff very friendly and attentive to their guests. Breakfast amazing. Dinner is great and would also recommend eating at is sister hotel which is less than a 10 min walk away. Great spa with 3 saunas (2 brand new this year)

United KingdomGreat boutique hotel with very friendly staff. Julia was amazing and went out of her way to be a wonderful hostess. Would recommend eating in the on-site Louis Eatery, everything freshly cooked which means a limited but great menu. Spa was a perfect place to relax at the end of a hard days skiing and chat with the other multi-National guests. Rooms very comfortable and quiet, as just far enough away from one of the major apres skiing venues but walking distance if you enjoy the action. Finally, the hotel is very close to the button lift - just across the road - that gets you to the Flying Mozart and at the end of the day you can ski right back to the hotel. This was our5th visit to Wagrain and we will certainly be staying at the Almmonte Sensum on our next visit. Ps despite the weather the skiing was amazing, with loads of runs and places to explore.

Czech RepublicThe outside pool could be heated more so you can really relax in it even in the winter after skiing. Also, we missed the open restaurant in the evening, so we had to find other solution in Wagrain.
The hotel is modern and amazing, staff is very friendly, wellness area is beautiful. The bed was absolutely amazing!

AustriaHowever our stay was ruined when we were asked to pay €80 per person to use the wellness area on the day of our check out. When we asked to speak with a manager he was „too busy“ to come and speak with us. This was originally planned as a ski day but my friend was injured and could not stay in the hotel so we needed to change our plans for the day. I have never experienced such a low level of hospitality in such an expensive hotel.
The breakfast and the restaurant and front desk staff were very good.

BulgariaSomehow there were always issues with the service. The hotel has a bike rent service, but they don't make sure the bike is suitable - I got a way too high one, as the smaller bike was broken. The lady left me with it and disappeared, so I was looking for her to exchange it. As a result, they found a better option, but in another hotel (around 7 mins walk). Additionally, there was a confusion with massage, whether it is possible or not - had to check at reception several times without success. So, nobody confirmed the massage in advance; they just called me 20 mins after the pre-scheduled time and told to go to another hotel again because the staff was waiting (?). However, the massage was great and relaxing
Very beautiful place, the hotel looks nice, rooms are big and really clean. Breakfast was delicious, but not very diverse. In general, I'd recommend this place

IsraelAn excellent place to stay during your vacation! Clean, cosy and well furnished. Diana and the staff are amazing, willing to help and fulfil any request. An excellent breakfast with many choices and options, also for vegan and vegetarian people. Easy to reach and there is a free parking place.
