Beautiful property located conveniently on the main route to the Brenner Pass. The rooms were spacious and clean. There is a fantastic restaurant within the hotel - we will come again on our next journey and hopefully spend a bit longer.

Wifi is slow and not stable, only downside

Friendly staff, nice restaurant, closed on Monday and Tuesday tho, across the street is a buss stop that takes you to Innbruck in 30min, nice rooms and beds.

Very nice and cozy hotel in a great location. Although the hotel is on the main road, it is very quiet. The rooms are very nice, clean, and comfortable.

Unfortunately Monday the restaurant was closed so we had to drive to the next village to get dinner.

Superb view of the mountains from our balcony on the front of the house. Comfortable chairs to relax in and a really comfortable bed. Excellent choice on the breakfast buffet.

Very comfortable and spacious room, very good breakfast and their restaurant also made great food. The staff were also lovely, very helpful and informative on how to get into Innsbruck using the train (station about 5 minutes walk then 30 minutes on the train).

Shower with only half door allowed floor to get wet. Our room (17) had angled roof line so had to be careful getting in and out of the bed. Balcony faced side of a hill.

Large clean bedroom and bathroom. Excellent breakfast with eggs cooked to order and Prosecco. Friendly staff.

we liked the location being right outside of Innsbruck (you would need a car for sure) We loved the room and the restaurant. From the moment we arrived, the hostess greeted us and was professional and friendly. The room exceeded our expectation as did our dining experiences. The dinner we had was dreamy. I highly recommend breakfast and dinner.

The front desk staff as well as the bar/restaurant were hurried and very rude. On two occasions large parties were going on in the restaurant. We felt we were the last of their worry instead of the utmost care and friendliness to the large party. The front desk person who checked us out was the rudest we have seen in a long time. We stayed 4 nights, paid, and I said thank you, she didn't even say goodbye, much less thank you. Nor even looked at us. We live in Germany and travel extensively and are okay with someone who is shorthanded etc. We get it. But this rudeness should never happen.

A nice quiet area. A beautiful view from our balcony! A wonderful breakfast lady who cooked our eggs to order with pleasure! A clean room with comfortable a comfortable bed.

The hotel is locaten on a very busy road which can be quite noisy.

The staff was welcoming and friendly. The room was big and clean with a nice view. Breakfast was tasty and so was the food served in the restaurant.

Very good breakfast, offered freshly scrambled or fried eggs in addition to buffee selection. Building looked very nice from outside and inside. Bathroom was very nice and big. They have popular and good restaurant on the ground floor.

Hotel restaurant wasn’t open, we were told by the staff Seefold town was the nearest place to eat. And there was no tea coffee or water available in our room
