The Hotel decor was very old and dated. The rooms were also unbearably hot, and we couldn't find anywhere to buy water!

As a single traveller. I do get fed up by being placed on the higher floors. As a motorcyclist I have more gear/stuff to carry. Lift withstanding. Also the shower head needed replacing. I would have mentioned it but I was there for one night.

Easy access to the town and a great running/drinking area in the rear.

One staff member was extremely rude, even pushed me twice when I was queuing at the bar as it seems I was standing in the wrong place? Then refused to serve me as it was cash only and couldn’t charge to the room? So didn’t get a beer after a long drive…hey ho

Breakfast was a bit underwhelming for the price. Pillows are thin and can use replacement. Bathroom could use some work like replacing showerheads. Also no ev charger, expected but would have been nice.

Great location in the centre of the village. Plenty of space in the room & nice to have the shower & toilet in separate room. Anne Marie on the desk was worth the price of the admission. She was very friendly & helpful

Very cozy small town. Very nice place to sleep and the opportunity for a good meal. Beautiful view. Easy to park.

We contacted the hotel through Booking.com messaging system (the accommodation supposedly replies within 24 hours). We wanted to know some details on how to find the parking place, till when is the dinner restaurant open etc. We only received a notification that the questions will be answered as soon as possible. When we sent a reminder after two days, we received the very same notification, obviously automatic. No wonder the hotel has such a good reply rate. But our questions were never answered. They have very limited number of parking spaces (less than 10) and there is not even a chance for a short-time parking to organise things with the front desk. One of the beds in our double room had clearly noticeable springs in the mattress.

The hotel is situated at the very center of the town. The staff was friendly, the waitress even found us a place for dinner when the restaurant was full. The hotel restaurant has a good selection of meals for reasonable prices and also the breakfast offers some variety. The price of accommodation is good, too.

The location, the town’s main street is a busy and loud place, even by American standards (understand very loud) Not sure why, but a good number of Austrians seem to balance their pristine rivers and alpine air with cigarette smoke, and this hotels makes you really feel it. It seem to be soaked with cigarette ash smell. Secondly, at least the top floors ( where we booked two rooms) were hot and humid. So, to escaped the noise, we kept the windows open, but the heat made us quickly open the windows wide. I struggled to sleep, so had to take a cold shower ever two hours or so.

Typical good Austrian breakfast - meats, cheeses, eggs, quality breads, and such. Plenty of food and drink. Nice large breakfast areas with decent-sized windows.

Limited parking on premises - had to drive around for a bit after check-in to find a suitable spot to park. Floor of room and bathroom were not clean.

Location was excellent. Breakfast was good and conveniently located. Staff was friendly. Great value for the price!

Receptionist was rude and left in the middle of the customer service situation. WiFi didn't work at all, my devices couldn't even find it. The room was so hot!

The wifi signal was not reaching either of the 2 booked rooms, I had to stay in the hallway to use it. The walls are very thin, our neighbours could hear almost everything we were saying and vice versa.

Clean. Windows are good phonic insulators. The breakfast was good and served very thoughtfully.

Hotel rooms are spacious enough and provide good value for money. The room was clean, unfortunately in +30 degrees temperature, not equipped with AC. The breakfast menu is enough to fulfill everyone's needs.

Awful behavior both staff and owners. They didn't want to give us the rooms even though they saw our reservation. Very derogatory behavior towards us. I am really sorry.

Breakfast could be more nourishing, but we got used to german style: fresh buns, paste, jam and coffee.

Quiet location, no problem with parking (though it was summertime and not high skiing season, so probably not relevant), smooth check-in\out.
