United StatesAmazing stay at Eggerwirt. It was a perfect location for a few days of skiing. The walk to the gondola is 10 mins or less down the beautiful main streets. The staff were friendly and helpful and gave us tips for skiing. The restaurant was excellent, including the breakfast. I highly recommend this stay!

A lovely hotel conveniently located in the old town of Kitzbuhel. The ski bus was just around the corner making it very easy to get to the Gondola. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were amazing, so helpful and friendly. The restaurant was also fabulous. I would definitely stay again.

United StatesThis has been a problem for me in all the hotels in Tyrol that are within the Old Towns: I cannot sleep with a window open due to night time traffic noise.There is very little traffic but that only means it's even more jarring when a car drives by the hotel. Not the hotel's fault. With windows closed the room is whisper quiet.
I stayed a wonderful 7 nights in this historical ,traditional hotel in charming Old Town. A sign on the building reads, " 3*** " but unquestionably this is a solid 4-star hotel. Huge bathroom with tub,modern bath fixtures and plenty of hot water.Large bedroom,comfortable bed.Pleasant front desk staff,always on duty. It's a one -minute walk around the corner to the compact main square of town. One can easily walk to the major ski gondola,and in 10 minutes, to the train station. The hotel's restaurant served excellent lunches and dinners . The included breakfast offered many healthful options including home-made fresh fruit cocktail,freshly-baked multi-grain breads ,plant based milk,nuts/seeds, etc. Consistently strong WiFi signal. Days after snowfall the town is storybook charming.
