Not a complaint, but rooms could do with an update.

We stayed two nights at this hotel. The building has allot of character. At arrival in the room, we realized they gave us a double room instead of the triple we had booked, but that was quickly corrected. The hotel had an onsite restaurant where we had dinner the first night (second night the restaurant was closed). A simple menu, but the food was tasty and value for the money. The room was simple but clean. The bathroom was large and updated and included a shower wall. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. The last night we had the hotel all to ourselves (which made my spouse a bit uncomfortable). The owner and staff were courteous and friendly. The town was small and in a nice mountainous setting. Across from the hotel ran a river and was the start of a walking trail which led along the mountainside through an arboretum. We had a great time in this quaint little town and would consider coming back and stay at this hotel.

Rooms could be improved. TV had a broken screen and one light was defective, but comfortable and clean with excellent bathroom.

Very friendly staff and a good breakfast. Food in the evening was also delicious.

There was nothing not to like. The beer was cold, the showers were hot and my boys loved the spaghetti carbonara!

The hotel is beautiful, with vaulted ceilings and an elegant dining room. We loved the small town and hiked up to the fascinating (and haunted!) castle, which my boys loved to see! A wonderful place to stay!

Something to heat the water and make a tea or coffee in the night in the room was a good idea, and maybe a little fridge as well. The rest was ok.

Breakfast is very good and variated. Liked very much. Also the staff don't speak languages but they are very helpful and always trying to do their best. Location is very good and thats it.

Silent, the Gasthof is a piece of history with a very nice wiew to the Finstergrün castle, on the bank of the Mura river. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Excellent host! Very good breakfast, free parking right on the property, excellent views around the hotel, not far from the express way. Beautiful surroundings and landscapes. Very good beds - 210 cm long! Excelent for the people above 180 cm!

Only German was spoken at the reception, no English. No credit cards, only cash for the room and the restaurant.

The building has an ambience, with thick walls, narrow and high staircases, very contemporary. The windows are very well soundproofed, neither the noise of the river nor the traffic on the main road is disturbing at night. The kitchen is good, the wiener schnitzel is delicious and the breakfast was also plentiful.

the host was kind and greeted us late at night, despite the fact that we arrived much later than planned. The accommodation is excellent, the breakfast is pretty good too. I can advise it for sure and if I will be there, i'm definetly will stop in this place.

Breakfast was weak, it would be nicer to have at least some of the Austrian flavours even if to pay slightly more.

It was clean and location is just perfect when you’re on a journey direction if southern Europe.
