The location is in good place (near by cityXpress) and walkable distance from lake and train/bus station. The room is comfy and cozy. The stay has lift facility. The receptionist also so professional. The host provides guest ticket. With that we can enjoy free rides in public transport and easily access tourist attractions by public transport.

The nice and friendly host arranged everything in details especially check-in. There was a mini food market, bread order and self service coffee machine. The room was very clean and tidy, with a stunning view of the village. Enjoyed the stay !

To be honest, nothing!

I received a very organised personal letter before checking in, which showed me everything I need to know. The accommodation is clean throughout, in a perfect location, with a nice view from the balcony, in a quiet setting.

Great location in the center of Zell am See, ample free private parking, balcony view of mountains was wonderful. Comfortable beds, good night sleep, breakfast available to order if required. Snacks and drinks available at the guesthouse if needed. Owners very friendly and spoke good English. Would definitely return.

Staff were excellent, very generous and accommodating. Small room but great to have a balcony even though not really a scenic view was lovely to sit out there. They have thought of everything with honour system for common area use and some goods you can buy including a great coffee machine. We found being able to use washer and dryer in common area for much smaller fee than laundromat very helpful.

The cleaniless (or lack thereof) of other guests, absolutely no fault of Haffner. Since I had a room with a shared toilet and shower. I could tell guests were smoking in their rooms, and left some facilities in subpar conditions.

The staff is incredibly thoughtful, thorough and respectful, the place is very clean and in a great location. Lovely amenities and small details throughout.

Single-person room is not big, but comfortable and has everything one needs, incl. a kettle and a hairdrayer. The view from the balcony is impressive, one can sit there and drink a nice cup of coffee from the coffee machine in the lobby. I was travelling with the dog, and she was welcomed for 9 EUR/night. Check-in and check-out process is super easy and stuff was very helpful and solved my requests.

A beautiful property overlooking the village and with a lovely view of the lake and mountains from the balcony. It was a short walk to the bus stop and to the City Express cable car. A short walk into the town centre. The staff were very welcoming and made me a coffee while answering questions about the local area.

The only minor comments myself and husband had was that the pillows were very large (but that's down to personal preference) and we had a slight mishap when the safe wouldn't open with our passports in, fortunately however the lady on reception / owner was there to help and did an override on the safe and the issue was resolved.

Beautiful little guest house with all the facilities you could need and helpful friendly staff. The location was great, in the middle of two chair lifts, and the guest house had a useful boot room for all skiing equipment. Room was lovely and shared bathroom / shower kept in immaculate condition. We will miss our morning coffee on the balcony looking out over the lake!

Every afternoon 17 aclock somebody was practising trumpet playing. Hotel is just between two skibus stops. This means little bit walking.
