Great location for our skiing holiday over the new year. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and clean. The included breakfast gave a great start to our days on the nearby slopes. Everything we needed was within walking distance. Would love to go back again.

Great guesthouse. Very helpful owners. Filling breakfast just as the photos describe. Daily cleaning of rooms. Very comfortable. Very close to the bus stop to go to Kaprun, Krimml Falls, cable cars, Zell am See town. Walking distance to supermarket, restaurants and lido. Recommended.

I think the floors on the balcony need some washing. As well as the furniture, could use some more cleanness. The pillows could be changed with better, healthier ones - they were not usable.

Family run small hotel. Very polite and pleasant staff. Good breakfast. Great shower. Plenty of parking space, which I liked a lot. Location is relatively good, you need a walk to the center through the so-called Promenade, but it's very pleasant. It is close to one of the mountainside cablecars. The hotel owners will give you a sommerkarte which will give you free access to lots of things. I enjoyed this stay. Train noise at night was not an issue at all. Sometimes you hear them but they are small passenger local trains and don't make a lot of noise.

It’s cash only, which I didn’t even realize until I tried to pay for the beers and tourist tax in the morning. Many people do not carry any cash these days and I am one of them.

I found it surprisingly comfortable and well appointed, given the low price. And the host was extremely service-oriented and helpful. When she saw that I would not be back from the Glockner pass until evening and would want a beer after the restaurant was closed, she brought a mini-fridge and two bottles of beer to my room.

Loved this stay. Welcoming staff and classic Austrian style room with charming views. The rooms were cleaned everyday with such attention to detail. Close to public transport and you’re given the Zell Am See Kaprun summer card that allows you to do most tourist attractions for free.

It was all great.

The room was large, light and comfortable. Three of us were sharing - two children and one adult - and there was plenty of space for us all. The breakfast was excellent. A classic Austrian buffet, with a selection of really good breads, cereal, fruit, yoghurt, ham and cheese. We were also offered boiled eggs every morning (in beautiful hand crocheted cosies!) and the owner kindly catered for my need for lactose free products. It's a really good clean, comfortable and welcoming bed and breakfast, just a short walk from the Areitbahn lift to the ski runs.

After a week it was becoming a bit 'samey' but that would probably apply anywhere!

Breakfast was great. Choice of meats/ cheese/ pate/ jam and selection of breads. Also cereal, fruit and yogurts available. The best boiled egg in quaint crocheted chicken cover!

Accommodation is outstanding, hygiene is on high level, accommodation was in perfect order, Owners are amazing and helpful, object is decorated in Alpine & Mountain style which makes it very cosy. Central, everything reachable by walk, amazing Wellness 2 minutes walk from the accommodation

Based on the picture on booking, we thought it would be a separate building outside the settlement. In reality it is among other buildings. However it did not disturb us. Some comments were made on the neighbouring train line, the limited time for breakfast and the limited sortiment for breakfast. The breakfast time is 7:30-9:30 was OK for us. The train line is close, but almost no traffic (Pinzgauer Lokalbahn), and we did not hear any disturbing noise. Reagrding selection of breakfast, we disagree, it was always tasty and various seleczion of different food.

Very nice owners. Fresh food for breakfast, home-made jams, egg. Good advise for programs. The Zell-am_see/Kaprun summer ticket is a real present - in this periode of the year we could use it for 16 attractions free of charge. The room is spaceous. The whole Pansion is very clean.

There were no toiletries other than hand liquid soap. It was a bit overpriced. The pillows were lumpy and beds were a bit hard.

Thank you for the amazing stay! I loved the tasty breakfast every morning, the lovely walk along the lake. The ski bus stop is a very short walk away. The room was very spacious and comfortable.
